Not a very long hike. Through and over the river bed. Mostly sandy trail. Once in the canyon it is amazing. Not very hard, or long to get to the end.

If you stay in Hanksville village you can access every canyoneering and national / state park from one location. I would recommend this to all those who enjoy canyoneering and hiking even lake powell is an amazing area to explore.

YES you can, and they will love it. When you get to the Y at the start go to the Right. The slot is wide and tall for the first 3/4s of length. It narrows up and gets darker, then opens up a little before you come to a... More

Yes, I am sure that you can. Please be respectful of other hikers, and know that not everyone loves your dog as much as you do. Keep your dog on a short leash.
