The campground was shaded and had all trailer hookups. Very spacious sites. Bathrooms and showers nearby. Located right on golf course.

Well... 20 of us showed up last min and the camp host was great working with us to make it work. It was slightly noisy due to a dog barking, but I don't think the camp had control over it. The ladies bathroom heater was on the whole time and during the day reached tempt above 100 degrees. :( I... More

Always enjoy staying at the State Park in Green River. And if you have an extra day and a bit of an adventure in mind, follow the brochure directions or online details going to the "Little Grand Canyon"...allow lots of time, fill up tank and take a picnic. WOW...quite the spot.

This is a nice camping spot and central to many of the sites of central and eastern Utah. We had our grandsons (10,12) with us and they loved it. It is definately a "family" camping spot. The town is small and long past its heyday. But the Ace Hardware store up the street and the little hometown grocery store just... More

Green River is a quiet park that positions you close to Goblin Valley, Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Park. A camping area is near both the golf course and the boat launch area. We were able to get the only cabin at the park, near the campground but not in it. The cabin easily slept 4. It had heat and... More

I will admit we did not camp here. We stopped in to have our lunch in the car while watching the river and bird watching. The park attendant was very nice and helpful. The bathroom was clean and warm and they even include showers. I would not mind camping here if we are ever in the area.

Park includes about 40 overnight camping spaces with electric & water hookups, a dump station, shower/toilet facilities, boat launch, 9 hole golf course and a disk golf course. Lots of cottonwood trees provide plenty of shade at most sites. A wide mix of Motorhomes, travel trailers and tenters. Far enough from I-70 that can barely hear traffic noise at night.... More

We arrived around 4PM & asked for a site. All pull through sites were taken & our 65' train needs a good sized spot. They were full and asked if we needed electricity. We are ready to dry camp so we were the directed to the group #1 camp site. Took very little to level our coach. Nice view of... More

My husband loves to fly fish and we had such a great time here. There were trails for the non fisher (me) and excellent wading for him. There were many doing floats while fishing, which we'd enjoy next visit. The river was shallow and calm enough for my dog to enjoy off from the fishermen.

From children to grand children this has been a favorite destination for us. Clean neat lots to do. Whether your tent camping or RVing this is the place to go. Memories will be made, fun will be had by all. Swimming, fishing, putt putt golf, basketball, horseback riding, hiking, boating, s'mores, it's all there!
