Our family came to St George for an extended family reuinion and decided to rent the inflatable water park island as part of our time at Quail Creek lake. It ended up being a fantastic choice! We all had so much fun out there, from our littlest 4 year olds to the adults. They of course provided life jackets for everyone & also made sure we were happy when there was a question about timing. Everyone truly loved it and there was plenty to do. The trapeze swing was a definite favorite. It was just the right height and we liked that there was plenty of room for several people to watch. We would totally rent it again in the future and would recommend it for others too!

We rented twice in the same weekend from this company. We rented 2 jet skis for 2 hours and 1 Can Am for 2 hours. There were three of us (2 adults, 1 child). This was not the least expensive place to rent from in the area but probably the most convenient due to being right on the water and right across from Wolf Creek Resort (were we stayed)

The jet skis were rented at Pineview, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient that you could rent/pick up right on the water. You can bring small items such as water bottle, phone, wallet, etc. (there are two small storage compartments on the pwc). You can bring your own life vest or they will provide. We had water shoes, which was better than wearing flip flops or running shoes, because you will get wet/splashed. Two hours was plenty of time to ride to all three areas of the reservoir. We did not have any problems with the pwc and we tried to followed all instructions given (speed, 150ft from boats, etc).
Things to take in account are to arrive early (get through pay station $18, wait for service, paperwork, inspection, and receive instructions). There was an additional fee for insurance ($20 per pwc and you have to pay for the gas that you use $45ish). Over all it was very fun, worth the money and the memories.

The CanAm was rented from the Eden location, which was easy to find and the girl there was very helpful and friendly. She talks and gives instructions fast so be alert and ready to receive them. The CanAm was street legal so it was great to be able to drive it through town. It was pretty loud but tolerable, make sure to bring sunglasses or something to protect your eyes, we also wore our face masks to help with the dust and dirt. There are cup holders for 4 water bottles. Helmets are not required but recommended, you can bring your own or use theirs. The gas is not included so be prepared to stop for gas on your way back and to wash the UTV (this can take 10-15 mins so plan accordingly). Other things that you should be aware of is if you are planning on doing trail riding the trails are about 15 mins from the pick up/drop off place so if you count the time to get to and from there, gas, and wash that is about 45 mins of your time so you'd probably want to reserve for at least 2 hours or more. If you are just wanting to drive around town 1-2 hours is probably plenty. Also, I didn't notice it on the website (I couldn't have missed it) but they do a $1000 hold on your credit card just in case (it's refunded as long as there is no damage) and ask for your auto insurance information. Again, I would arrive a few minutes early for paperwork, inspection, and instructions.

Overall we had good experiences with both locations and would rent again.

Thank you so much for choosing our company for your recent rentals and for taking the time to share your detailed and positive 4-star review. We're thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with us and that both the Pineview and Eden locations met your expectations. We're delighted that the convenience of our Pineview location, right on the water and our Eden location across from Wolf Creek Resort, worked well for you. It's fantastic to know that our staff at Pineview were friendly and helpful, making the rental process smooth. We appreciate you mentioning the small storage compartments on the jet skis, allowing you to bring necessary items with you. Safety is a priority for us, and we're glad you followed the instructions and had no problems during your jet ski experience. We're also happy to hear that you found our Eden location easy to find, and that the staff there provided helpful and friendly service. It's great that the Can-Am was street legal, allowing you to explore the town. Your tips about bringing sunglasses and face masks for protection and using the cup holders for water bottles are valuable insights. We appreciate your understanding about the additional gas and washing requirements for the Can-Am, and your advice on reserving enough time for trail riding. Regarding the insurance fee, gas costs, and the hold on the credit card, we apologize if these details were not clearly stated on our website. We'll review our communication channels to ensure that all important information is readily available to our customers. Thank you for your kind words and for highlighting the positive aspects of your experience. We're grateful for your recommendation, and we look forward to welcoming you back for more memorable adventures in the future!

Visited this week with two teenagers. We had a good time. As a parent paying the bills. I was a bit turned off by driving 30 minutes to be told $10 for gate entry, then $20 for recommend insurance, then you pay for gas usage after your paid time on the snowmobile. Another of thing in regards to damages. They have 48 to make a decision on damages ??? We had a good time and I know snow mobiles are expensive and making light of that. But the little add here and there etc. was a turn off me. Good machines. Nice park to ride in. Good helmets.

We try and tell all our customers before they come of the State park fees and you should get a confirmation with that listed. The fee is charged by State Parks which is separate from us. All of the other fees are optional except for the gas and this is all listed on our website and we do try to tell you before you go out. We will try and make sure all these things are more clear before people come. We are glad you liked the snowmobiles and you had a good time. We pried ourselves on having the best equipment.

After looking to rent UTV's in Utah, we decided on Club Rec rentals and they didn't fail. Location was easy to find and check-in with the young lady Em, was breeze. She explained all the details with ease and concern. We rented two vehicles. The UTV's are well taken care and ready to tackle the trails. The UTV's are very comfortable, on and off trail. We pushed them hard and heavy and they challenged the opportunity. The trails look as if they can go for miles within the mountain side. It would be easy to get lost or make the wrong turn, make sure to drive with caution. We didn't have many people on the trail at the time of our adventure which made it nice for us to push to the max. I would recommend goggles because the helmets they provide do not have visors attached them and the dirt/dust can become irritating. If in this area of Utah, I would recommend giving them a try. We enjoyed them and cant wait to return.

I am impressed with my experience with the boat rental crew. I made a reservation for my friends, and the process from start to finish was pretty simple. I could not join them, but they had great things to say. Some of the highlights were how big the reservoir was and how scenic. They specifically went fishing and did not catch any fish, but they still had a great time navigating the water. All that being said, there was one issue. When I went to pick them up, I let the security guard know, and he waved me through and directed me to the boat rental shop. I pulled into a parking space, with the motor still running, and exited the car to open the liftgate. Immediately after that, a janitor with a Pop-eye-style pipe in his mouth hopped out of his cart and started shouting at me, asking me what I was doing here. I told him this was a passenger pick-up and that security at the entrance directed me here. He said he didn't care what they said and asked me again what am I doing here. I once again told him I was picking up passengers, and he continued grilling me. He asked who, and it was clearly the two people next to me. He said he didn't believe me, so I ignored him and continued loading the car. On the way out, I let the security guard know that the person over there was rude, and he knew exactly who I was talking about. There seemed to be a known issue with that person, so I tried not to let it ruin the experience for me and my friends.

This venue is amazing. The staff is fantastic including the young owner who knows how to connect with his customers! FANTASTIC FUN!

P.S. Please make sure to blow up/inflate the stuff and move the barrier away from the swing.

My sons were excited to try this floating inflatable park. It was somewhat chilly in May so I think they spent lots of time trying to avoid actually jumping in the water—I think a warmer day would have increased the fun. But, glad it was open while we were at Quail Creek. The inflatables are in great condition— my kids spent nearly two hours playing. It was $20 a person. I think worth the experience.

The inflatable slide was hot. I burmed by legs as i slide down. It was not easy or safe to slide down. They should add some water to slide to slide on easier. Climbing up inflatable stairs was a chore. I have bruses amd cuts from slipping amd falling down stairs. Kids are more durable then adults. Trying to help kids get up on platforms was a slippery nightmare. The swing they need to add a rope to pull back to use. Kids were jump to grab it amd lando.g wrong in water. I was like nope we aren't going to do this one.

Dear valued customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your visit and truly value your input. Regarding the water slide, we understand that the current setup with the water gun may not provide the desired level of water on the slide. We want our visitors to have the best possible experience, and we are actively exploring alternative solutions to improve the slipperiness of the slide. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are working to make the necessary adjustments. We do let all customers know that they need to wet the slide before use, and did put a water gun at the bottom to help wet the slide. There are not any safe alternatives we can find at this time to wet the slide. Regarding the swing, safety is our top priority, and we understand your concern about adding extra rope. We have thoroughly evaluated this option and determined that it could pose potential risks to our customers. However, we are constantly seeking ways to enhance our attractions without compromising safety, and we welcome any suggestions you may have in this regard. At Club Rec Willard Bay, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we take all feedback seriously. We truly value your patronage and hope you will give us another chance to provide you with an even better experience in the future. If you have any further concerns or suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. Your input will help us in our ongoing efforts to improve and create memorable experiences for all our visitors. Thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention. We look forward to serving you better in the future.

The inflatable water park was so much fun my 9 year old begged to stay for another hour. It was very clean and the water was the perfect temp. Lots of jumps as well, all kids and adults were having a blast. The staff was extremely friendly and the young gal selling shaved ice next door was equally as friendly. 5 stars all the way!
