We had so much fun! The whole atmosphere of the place is great. Our game master, Emily, was helpful and friendly. Our game had some technical issues trying to start the initial video that explains the game/story and she worked fast to get it corrected. (no sound on the video at first) We asked for one clue and she was fast to respond with a hint to point us toward something we had overlooked. When we finished the game and "escaped", she was just as excited as we were. The game was fun, but Emily really added to the fun with her genuine excitement. We are definitely going back to try the other games.

As a family we have done at least 10 different Escape rooms at 3 different Escape rooms places all around the valley. Escapology Draper is the best escape room experience we have ever had. We have done all 4 rooms here and love that you don't share a room with other guests so we can just have a great time with your family and friends. The lobby is beautifully done in a steampunk theme with little puzzles and riddles all around. Even the staff members have fun name tags like Hurricane and Icicle that get your mind working even as your waiting for your room time. El Shelbo as she is named has been our host for 3 of the rooms and from the time we came in the door she was all smiles and made sure we enjoyed our experience from start to finish each and every time. Each room is a different experience and are decorated to fit each theme perfectly. Code and Antidote are fun less challenging rooms that are great for someone that hasn't done a escape room before or for a small group of people just looking for a fun time. Murder Mansion and Under Pressure are over the top in keeping the theme of the mission and are really challenging so I would recommend these two if you have a larger group. We are ready looking forward to them getting new rooms hopefully very soon.

Our group did Under Pressure, and it was our first time in an escape room. Overall we had a very fun experience! Our GameMaster Justin seemed very passionate about his job there and it added on to the experience. He was great at explaining to us how the game works as it was our first time and we all agree we want to go back to Escapology and experience all the different rooms they have to offer! Even though we lost, our money was totally worth it and everyone in our group had a blast (4 21-year-old college kids). If you have a group of friends and some free time go challenge yourself and book a slot! I guarantee you’ll have a good time!

I prepaid for 5 people for my son's 15th birthday, half an hour before the scheduled time of event. When 1 of my son's guests could make it at the last minute,... they told me," oh sorry, we can't do refunds for people who aren't coming". I refund people credit cards ALL the time, so I know they can do it! It's a HUGE scam, and anywhere else in the valley would charge you fairly. If you have 4 people pay for 4 people, not 5 or 6 because they steel your money if you prepay !! It's not like they were loosing out of selling the spot to someone else!!!! I would never go back to a business that runs without integrity and such dishonest business practices!!!!

There was a mixup with my email address, so I never got the confirmation email. I tried calling and was only able to get in touch with the Allstar Lanes front desk who was not able to help me... Finally got it straightened out over email and was instructed to come in "early" for our 5:10pm booking to get waivers signed. We showed up at 4:55pm (what I would consider "early" since we weren't given a recommended time). The doors were shut and a sign said they were closed, but the door was open, so we decided to wait in the lobby. At 5pm someone came out and said they were closed, that they shouldn't be there until 5pm which really turned me off to the experience because we were told to be there "early" and the doors were open, not locked? I asked if he would like us to leave, since we were already there and wasn't really anything we could do about... not being there at this point.

In the room we booked, there was a flashlight needed to figure out a clue and the flashlight batteries were low, so we spent an extra 10ish minutes trying to guess what we needed to do. Should have been checked before we used the room. Room was also cold, about 65 degrees if I had to guess. A heater was in there and on, they said it would slowly warm up, but it never did. Should have been on and ready seeing as we booked the room days in advance.

We had a blast! However, 2 of the 3 clues we got we had already solved or were in the middle of solving, so had we had those extra 2 clues when we got to the end and needed them we would've been able to get out. There is only 1 white board you can write on and it's in the first room, so by the time we got to the third room it was really difficult to write down clues and use them to help solve the last piece of the puzzle. The door in the first room also covers the white board so the clues we got that we had already solved were because they couldn't see what we already had done and had written on the white board. So I would suggest before the game starts to let the group know to keep the door closed or cracked so they can see the board. There also needs to be another writing option to use throughout the rooms. One in the first room is not enough. A small white board to bring in each room would have allowed us to complete the room successful. So bummed about that, but over all fun. Just for how expensive it is they should provide you with another writing option to bring with you to each room so you can use your time efficiently and have the clues in front of you when trying to solve riddles.

Communication was confusing even to book it. Staff seemed salty. Items in room never did lead to anything. Biggest complaint we had was that every other escape room business we have ever gone to was very nice and gave us a little extra time to see if we could solve the last few clues before declaring us as losers. Not this place! It was like our host had his hand on the doorknob, waiting for the very last second to tick down. AS SOON AS the time went to 00:00, he burst into the room and announced we didn't make it. We were a group of four 10-year-olds and two adults. We were solving the last lock when our time ran out. It would have been nice to do what other places do and give us just five more minutes. I think we could have made it in that time. The other thing we did not like about this place is that they actually deduct minutes from your time if you need extra hints! I've never seen that anywhere else either! I don't think we will ever be back to this location. We'd prefer to have fun than deal with salty staff and have such strict timing rules. It was my son's birthday party and he left upset (and hurt because a staff member opened a door right into him as we were quickly being escorted from our room after we were declared as losers.)

We wanted something different to do as a family so we tried this place. It is located inside of the bowling alley but as soon as you enter the doors to escapology it is quiet and has this really cool mysterious vibe. My husband and I took our children, 17 year old son and his girl friend, 16 year old daughter, 14 year old son, and 9 year old daughter. I selected the Antidote Room because it had the highest escape rate (60%) and we are beginners! We successfully escaped in 38 minutes with 2 hints! It was perfect -- just the right amount of challenge and success! Really cool props and neat setting. Spooky but not scary.

The staff is super friendly and answered all of our questions. The kids were begging to do a second room, but we'll have to go back another night and use the discount we get for writing this review. ;)

That would be my only complaint ... the cost. I wish they had a family friendly option for more like $100 to rent the space. But it'll be a special thing we do once in a while.

We have been here on more than one occasion and it was great, but this time it was not. Five minutes into the room after solving a few puzzles, we noticed the next door was unlocked so we went in there and grabbed some props and started looking around when a worker came in and let us know they forgot to lock the door and we needed to go back out. Along with that, he didn’t take the props we had grabbed from the second room so we had more than we needed to figure out how to access the next room which confused us. They didn’t add any time on or help at all once this had happened. Not happy at all with the service and mess up that cost us escaping. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is due to past experiences being good.

We did the Murder Mansion room and it was amazing! My teenagers have done several rooms through various companies and both have said this is their favorite room so far. We almost got out - we just needed two more minutes! Our host Katrina was great! We have also escape from Under Pressure, which is also an amazing room. Escapology have some of the best escape rooms around.
