HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEWe used to love Brighton but we had the worst experience today. My 6 year old daughter was knocked down by a Brighton Ski instructor "David" on the bunny slope and he yelled at her "you need to learn to ski better!" She is...More

We love the smaller resorts, and this place did not dissapoint. We went on a non-holiday weekday (Monday). Zero lift lines, fast chairs, excellent groomers, scenic trails. Very no frills, not many eating choices, a few cafeterias, but that is all you need if your...More

With two advanced beginner skiers among the 4 of us, we decided to start our weekend at Brighton. The parking was adequate even mid morning in early February. The skiing was good and we had an enjoyable day. The chair lifts were fast and had...More

Brighton is the perfect place to ski as a beginner. The runs are really flat and it is family friendly. If you want to shred header stuff, it is simple to cross over to Solitude as they are connected. They move people through the lift...More

Tried to find a ski resort to do some snowboarding and this place came up as a great place for families. Also recommended by an REI employee. Did the snowboarding school which made me learn more about the basics and then hit the slopes afterwards....More

We visited here for a family vacation. The end of the canyon is excellent ski destination. Reasonably priced. Big acreage. Good lifts and service. There are limited places for meals so they can be busy but they too are reasonably priced.

This was our first time on the slopes in Utah. We are from Florida and are highly novice skiiers/snowboarders. This ski resort was just what we were looking for. It was priced great, was well-run, beautiful, not over-crowded. Great for novice and advanced skiiers. Staff...More

Brighton is a very pretty ski resort with nice runs. It’s on a smaller scale and in the middle of the week there are less crowds. If your’re not a local, you will miss your runs as the signage is very limited and sometimes non-existent....More

Brighton was a very nice ski area. The ski hills were well groome. We spent the day on blue hills. We enjoyed the long blue runs and no wait time for the lifts. Food was inexpensive, although there were not many options and service was...More

It is less expensive than other mountains around. It certainly is less crowded than the biggies. You can easily get a work out here and find nice fluff amongst the trees. The locals love it. I am not a local, and I love it too....More

They are well marked, as long as you are looking. There is also a map at the top of the run. The double black diamond and green paths do cross at one point, but it is well marked. Alta is skiing only, no snowboarding.

3 of us ride and my wife skis... there is a wonderful mix of blues and greens that my wife (55 intermediate) enjoyed and the kids (20's advanced) were able to spin off into the woods and have a blast.
