This was a very fun hike. It was relatively easy for the entire family, and made for a great Saturday activity. The old saw mill was absolutely beautiful. I just wish there were... read more

I have been coming to Boykin Springs since I was a child (about 20 years). It was shut down for years due to hurricane damage and when it opened back up, things were different...Such as, the deep side of the pond was super grown up. It still is to this day. Also, that is where we used to park and... More

This was a very fun hike. It was relatively easy for the entire family, and made for a great Saturday activity. The old saw mill was absolutely beautiful. I just wish there were signs telling the history of the building . Several of the bridges were washed out, but do to the water being low it wasn't hard to get... More

We love visiting this specific camp site due to the hiking trail. It is a gorgeous area with an even more gorgeous water fall. There is a long trail that goes to the old saw mill and that is an experience all in its own! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go camping and hiking. The... More

No care is being given to the upkeep of the park. Instead of repairing things, they just rope it off and leave it. Don't know why the swimming hole was not re-opened; it was a family tradition for generations. So sad to see it all so run down.

Running around the area and decided to check out the Springs with the family. The camping areas are primitive with water every so many site. There are running water restrooms in the center of the park. The sites are nice and I can see why so many people love to camp there. The river was low so there is not... More

Drove up to Bpykin Springs today to check out if we want to reserve the pavilion sometime soon. To our horror, the spring water that has flowed from "the pipes" was not flowing! We've been going to this park since 1967 and "the pipes" have remained the main attraction. After Hurricane Rita in 2005 the park was really a mess... More

Great place to stop and stretch your legs after being in the car for several hours. Good place to have a picnic.
