The owner loves his olive groves and vineyards. He's also a historian and will relate the history of olives and grape vines. You can see where the olive oil is produced and purchase some to take home. A fun entertaining and educational stop in Wimberley

This was a really neat place! The owner pretty much gave us the history of olive oil, but did it in a very captivating way! We were able to taste the olive oils and wine he makes there, and I could not get over the difference in taste of the cheap degraded stuff you buy in stores! Absolutely fabulous oils!... More

After visiting the Olive Oil facility in Dripping Springs this place was a little disappointing. It is much older and there was only one person in the tasting room with only one table for samples. There were two other couples inside when we arrived so the space was a little cramped. We felt as if we were an inconvenience to... More

We have been to Bella Vista a couple of times but not for a couple of years. I am very delinquent in writing this review. But, we bought an olive tree and it has grown like crazy so we often think about the ranch. That being said, our tree is not getting any olives so we plan to go back... More

This was our first tour of this type. Very informative, most of the tour consists of the host talking. Once you get past that and into the orchard it gets better, with the best part of course at the end, the TASTING! Yummy olives, olive oils and of course the WINE!

The olives and extra virgin olive oil were delicious. We enjoyed the wines as well. Definitely worth the drive away from town.

Interesting natural spring. The water was pretty cool. Smaller than expected with no real beach area. Good for teenagers.

The Olive Oil and olives were yummy and priced well. Adorable couple and farm for olive growing. Great spot to stop and taste olive oils.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We sampled a lot of items they had for sale. The garlic EVOO is wonderful. So is the dipping EVOO. Enjoy!

My husband and I visited Bella Vista Ranch one afternoon on our honeymoon. We weren't sure what to expect from an olive oil tasting, but it was fun, informative, and tasty! We came home with tapenade & jam for gifts, and blueberry wine, balsamic vinegar, and a couple different oils for us. Fresh olive oil is much better than store-bought,... More
