I could have listened to this guy talk forever. He knew his stuff and he enjoyed sharing his knowledge. Lots to see, some to buy.

This guy really knows what he is doing! And it's free to go browse through all of his artwork of bonsai trees. I didn't even know that there could be so many different types. Absolutely gorgeous!!!

If you've ever wanted to see a variety of bonzai, go to this exhibit and see hundreds of selections. A tribute to the precise care of the owner, you can purchase one to take home. Wonderful place!

Be sure to talk to the owner. He is what makes this place worth visiting. He is passionate about his craft and has much to share about it. We enjoyed seeing the many, many trees, but we especially enjoyed him explaining the art of bonsai. I new nothing about it before and have a new appreciation for it.

Another place closed during business hours. Is this a Texas in April thing? Very frustrating. Must be a way they could let it be known they are closed.

A great stop in Wimberley where you can see a huge variety of bonsai trees respondent in their seasons. You can also purchase a bonsai of your own.

We stopped here with a friend that had once owned a bonsai and was curious to see this place. We were greeted by a sweet gentleman that told us all about bonsai in such an interesting way, it was really a fun and educational experience. The exhibits were quite nice and some very reasonably priced bonsai. I would definitely recommend... More

We visited this exhibit and were struck by the expert care given to the beautiful various aged and sized trees in such a non-commercial environment. I expected a polished sales area and greenhouse full of displayed prices, and doozies to buy. However, I found real plants and real people willing to educate me in this art. We really enjoyed it.

If you have the opportunity to drive through the town of Wimberley you need to check this gem of a place hidden in the hills of Texas. The owners will assist you in choosing the right tree to fit your personality and budget.

There are many better places to buy a bonsai at much better prices than this! The grounds are in a pretty location, but the buildings and the displays do not match the setting. We will not bother to stop again.
