Employees closed the doors and went to lunch. Came 100 miles out of way to see. Outside nice. Left Wharton without shopping or sight seeing.

Visited this area recently and was amazed at the history of this area. It is full of early Texas history and fascination information of the early settlers and leaders in this coastal area of Texas. It was a beautiful building and a beautiful area.
