We came to Topgolf on a rainy day from Galveston. We wanted to play the angry bird game but our helper person said they haven’t done the update at this location yet. The angry bird game is perfect for little kids. We had fun but just a little disappointed.

We visited Top Gulf for a friend's birthday. The wait was not long surprisingly for a Friday. The lifetime membership is only 5.00 and some change. You have to have a membership in order to reserve a bay to golf. You can request a higher bay to golf from, but you will have to wait longer for your request. There are three levels of bays to golf from. They also have video games for the kids and pool tables. The food is awesome and the drinks....awesome. They have fish bowls that are offered for two or four people. They are served in a large cup shaped as a golf bag and the straws are shaped as golf clubs. The cost when we went was 40.00 an hour to reserve the golf bay. You are able to add more time at your bay once your time is running low. You are even able to add time by the half hour. They provide the clubs for you, however, you are welcome to bring your own clubs. This place is amazingly fun for the whole family.

Went with co-workers, did not play golf but had lunch and a couple of drinks. Fun place to go for office parties, sports bar or birthday parties.

The advertised prices are incorrect. If you try to book in advance they charge you more without explanation. They have a referral program that prompted me and a friend to sign up for texts to get a coupon. The coupon it sent us shows as invalid.
They advertise that the price should be $xx/hr per bay for afternoons, but when you go to book it requires a 2 hour minimum and the total before tax comes to almost 3x the hourly rate. We hoped the code would help but it just says invalid. We tried to call and found that they don't answer the phone. If you get all the way through their long-winded phone system they just say call back later and hang up. On top of that, it warns me that they will charge me an additional fee when we get there, but won't let me pay that now. Undoubtedly they will add more than the advertised $x per person then as well once we are already on the hook. It appears it is cheaper if you just walk in, but I'm sure there is some other fee they would add then too and people say the wait can be hours.
If the experience is this bad before I even have reservations, it is hard to imagine how bad it will be once we are a captive audience.

The wait time during peak hours can be awful. We went a few days before Christmas, on a Saturday night and arrived a little after 6p. We did not get into a bay until 10p!!! Yep, a FOUR HOUR WAIT. This location's downfall....LACK OF COMMUNICATION Several times I asked where we were on the list and their answer was always 25-45 minutes and we will text you when you are next. I don't feel a text message is appropriate either, as we never got the text. At the location, I notice don my phone there are some dead zones due to the structure of the golf complex. I don't understand if they are going to take your mobile number, just make a pleasant courtesy call stating you r bay is available.
It's really disappointing they can not manager guest expectations nor doe they feel it's important tot them...atleast that was what I experienced here. Allow the guest to make their own determination if they want to wait HOURS for a bay.
Long story short, apparently you can buy a one time use "fast pass" online for about $50 and line jump ahead of others that has been on location waiting. Since we were celebrating a birthday, my in particular, we would have paid the $50 had someone COMMUNICATED that to us.
Once we got their the bay, they don't explain anything to you. The host had me swipe my card card & ask how long we wanted to play, then the timer starts and THEN, ONLY THEN they tell you how everyone needs players card to swipe in order for them to be on the score board. The time is running down, loosing time all while my group left the bay to stand in line and get player cards...all this could have been done during the 4 hours we were there waiting! EDUCATE YOUR GUEST, educate your staff to communicate with the guest. A simple "have you been to Top Golf before" would be a great opener? As I always say, you don't know, what you don't know!

Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it! As for your experience, please rest assured we are working on a plan to eliminate the wasted time in the lobby, and get you in and out much quicker. We are getting a few kinks out, but should have these long lines significantly reduced within the next few months. We will make sure to share your experience with our management and associates so that we can work on the parts we can control right now, which is communication and excellent customer service. The Priority Pass is something that we offer online and has to be redeemed online at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. That's why it's not something offered in the lobby upon arrival. There are a limited number of times available for redemption each day, so guests must make sure to check availability as close to 7 days in advance as possible. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Please come back and see us so we can make it up to you!

Took my son, his 5 teenage friends, along with grandparents and younger brothers. Everyone was awesome from the minute we walked through the door. The way we were treated, you would have thought we were VIPS or something. Anytime we even looked like we might have a question or need help, Marina F. ,our "attendant " , was there to help and never did it come across as we were an imposition. We weren't the biggest tab as no alcohol was ordered. 11 people ordered lunch and the food all came out together(it took 3 employees) and was the appropriate temperature. Every one of them stopped and asked if we had everything. Topgolf was TOPs in both entertainment and service for our visit. Highly recommend them. It was worth the hour drive to get there.

What a great place. Fun and clean! Saw old kids and young kids having a great time. Apparently they have birthday parties and more. Our server Avery was very attentive and nice. Will definitely come back to try more games.

We've been here a few times and it's always a family favorite. The staff is always helpful and friendly. However, our experience yesterday warrants a review and a shout out to two of the management team. Our waiter was called to fill in as the bartender and was being overwhelmed with orders, so Derek filled in as our bay server. He took our orders quickly, gave a few food recommendations, checked up on us often and took care of everything we needed. He was great and his up beat, friendly attitude was a highlight of our visit. On our way out, Avery walked by and mentioned the NYE party being held on Tuesday, answered all of our questions and even made a few phone calls to make sure we could get a VIP spot as they were filling up, we booked it right then and there!
To Derek, Avery and everyone who was working the afternoon of Saturday December 28, THANK YOU! We had a blast and the whole family is hyped for New Year's Eve!

just recently visited with my wife and kids , never played golf , but had a fun time , great atmosphere and updated place with nice decor , food kinda pricey , but overall , good time

In the area on Business, trying to do something entertaining together with your colleagues. I highly recommend Topgolf!!
I am not a golfer, nor I care to become, but as I come regularly to the area and I take my team out, this is a quick win. We spend a few hours together, we have fun, we laugh at each other mistakes!! we have something to eat and drink. It is great,

I think it depends on how many people you keep score with but not sure. We always just play with 1 score and take turns. It runs about $45 per hour if I remember correctly.
