The Texas Sports Hall of Fame is nicely done and is worthy of a visit. From High School to College to Professionals Sports the exhibits are nicely laid out. We arrived at 4:00 PM and the Hall closed at 5:00 so we had to rush through it. I would suggest at least 2 hours to see each exhibit in detail and watch the videos.

My husband and I visited the TSHOF yesterday. Quite a bit of memorabilia on athletes who were either born in TX or played on TX teams. I enjoyed seeing all the SWC displays as well as the room dedicated to Tom Landry, and all the baseball stuff. If you are a TX sports fan, you should definitely find time to visit the TSHOF.

Well organized and very informative. SWC hall interesting for college fans. Wide variety of sports represented. Some displays need to be updated. (Still have the Oilers and Astros playing in the Astrodome, for example.) Shoutout to William, our host, who was very knowledgable.

If you liked the old Southwest Conference, have we got a place for you. There's a big room with stuff from all the old SWC schools. I probably spent 60 minutes in the SWC room alone. I saw stuff from so many athletes I liked as a youngster. I liked some of the interactive displays like the shot put pickup. There are cool displays about Tom Landry and Nolan Ryan. It's kind of heavy on football and baseball. I am sure some other sports fans may feel their sports are lacking. There's a lot of golf stuff which I skipped over.
