The vast selection of stores is pretty great, and there are plenty of different kinds of places to check out. I highly recommend Sound FX and Vintage Entertainment! Great places to shop! Friendly staff!
The place was pretty clean, too. A lot of great food to choose from too!

A few interesting stores, not a lot of variety. Mid-week the place was pretty empty, no crowds, easy access.

This is a pretty disappointing mall. For a city the size of Waco, we expected an "average" shopping mall. The directory lists a large number of stores but it feels fairly small. The mall atmosphere is pretty low budget. We visited two stores and decided to leave. Disappointing.

Went to the mall for shoes and found the exact ones I wanted. The disturbing part about this trip was the Christmas ornaments hanging overhead completely covered in pedophile symbols, why? Whoever is responsible for this needs to remove them ASAP. I know I'm not the only person that noticed this. Come on Richland mall y'all are better than this. I gave one star because I was so disappointed.

The Dillard's is the best store here. Loaded with stores for the teens in the family. Food court was small with few choices.

This is a mall with limited stores due to its size and the demographics of Waco. The Dillard's is very nice for it's size but the rest of the mall caters to younger crowds such as high schoolers and college students. This mall is due for an update simply based on how quickly Waco is growing. Until then, I'll save most of my shopping for Dallas.

This mall has a good variety of the usual mall stores. There is no Macy's or Nordstrom's and none of the newer upscale stores. The mall itself is clean and well kept - it is just old and outdated. Some stores have moved to the Central Market Place which is growing. Some stores are just too small to have the stock of merchandise you will find in larger cities.
The food court is small and not inviting.
I only go to the mall when I can't find something elsewhere in town. Also, it is the only indoor shopping mall so is good for bad weather days.

Not friendly for those who chose to carry legal firearms, concealed or open carry. Selection of stores is decreasing over the years but still can find things there that cannot be found elsewhere in town. Several choices of food throughout the mall which is anchored by J. C. Penny and Sears with Dillards in the middle. Pleasant place for indoor walking. Mall security appears to be adequate.

Unless you have specific reason to go shop in this mall you might be better off in going to the factory discount stores located in San Marcus just north of New Braunfels.

The view was amazing the best, look clean, very organize, and they have really good food. The Richland mall is one of the best in Waco, Austin, and Killeen.
