I came here looking for a new wet suit and they were more then helpful! Allowed me to try one numerous suits to see what i liked.Its a small shop but they are all friendly and will meet ur needs!

We are still friendly but now in much larger shop on Pat Booker Road

I don't dive but my husband does and also my son.they both obtained their diving certification at duggan .you can always find anything to do with diving and book trips to go diffent places at Duggan dive shop.

My family and I are devoted Duggan Diving Customers. We love the personal experience we receive from the staff and resident Instructors and Dive Master. If you want to just hang around the shop and visit/listen their is always someone in the shop talking about diving. Their Instructors and Dive Masters are the most educated in terms of all aspects of diving - course work to in-water activities.
John Duggan is a pioneer in the diving industry and a retired Air Force SERE Instructor.
Highly recommend them in all aspects of dive training (Discover Scuba - Instructor) to include all levels of technical training.

This is the email I sent to them.
It’s Saturday April 20 11:55. I just left the store on Pat Booker in an attempt to donate a BC vest, octopus and fins for wounded warriors. I walk in and there is a lady purchasing goggles and 2 gentleman behind the counter. After waiting 3 minutes in an attempt to do something nice instead of selling and making money, I realized how unwelcomed I felt. No “good morning” no attempt at “we will be right with you” and those simple customer service qualities really change a persons experience or lack there of.
I called the store as I left to just give the young man food for thought on my experience and he said “okay” and ended the call. Perhaps the store needs to ask for donations to send the employees to a basic customer service course. I’ll also let the wounded warrior program know of this experience as myself am active duty and have friends in wounded warrior, it hurts my heart that any wounded warrior would have to interact with your staff.
-I can’t see myself supporting this business, there are other options and places to donate.

They are not keeping their obligations for students to do the dives always excuses on vacation making someone feel uncomfortable.

We have tried to go twice. Never made it inside either time. The first time we went by they were listed as open online, but did not answer their phone so we did not go. Just figured COVID had made them modify their hours, but when we went by the other time we didn't get in, their hours sign on the door still said they should have been open when I called the first time.
The second time we tried was yesterday. We spent about 45 min driving over and arrived 20 min before they were supposed to close. I generally hate showing up so last minute, but the construction on Pat Booker cost use about 10 min.
Walked up and looked at the hours: STILL OPEN! Nope. The lights were on, but the door was locked. We waited around a few min to see if anyone came out from the back or even over from the bar next door, but nope.
Called them about 5 min ago and actually got someone. I now know why they don't seem to have any inclination to stick to the hours they chose. They don't care about their customers.
I asked the guy that answered what their hours are. He gave me the same ones I saw on the door. I asked if those hours are pretty reliable. HE said "absolutely". I related our arrival to a closed shop 20 min early, and got an entirely unconcerned/unapologetic "That's a little odd." with no further statement. I said "Thanks," and goodbye.
As a small business owner myself, I understand that things happen. I get that maybe you have to modify hours. that is why I gave him the opportunity to offer an explanation.
There are too many GOOD dives shops for me to bother with this one.

Full service shop; air fills from air to trimix. Scubapro dealer. Very experienced staff. Prices are decent and sales are frequent. Offers various levels of training.

If you want to get certified the right way, do it here. With an equipment inventory twice as large as any other local shop and prices significantly lower, shop for all your equipment needs here. Need equipment serviced? The onsite staff has the knowledge and expertise to service nearly every model of regulator.
