My daughter and I took my 2 grandsons, one who is autistic. This is not a place for any type of special needs children. My autistic grandson wanted to play in an area that had colorful foam blocks, but we told he wasn't able to because he was a over age requirement for area. We understood that but asked if he could play with a few foam blocks outside area, since the other play areas didn't have them. We were told we couldn't. Again we understood, naturally my grandson was upset being 6. There were no other areas that were sensory sensitive children. I wouldn't recommend this children's museum if you have a special needs child, they are not set up for them.

My kids had fun, but for a two hour play block is cost a family of 5 $40 and they started cleaning 10 mins before closing time and telling kids to not play anymore. I do not think they should be allowed to close early. Cleaning after closing time is what should happen. One of the ladies walked over to a group of kids and rudely even told them “you see her cleaning please get out” Very unprofessional and not acceptable 10 mins before closing. Try Playstreet Museum in The Woodlands! Much more fun and you can go for hours for the same cost because they don’t charge for adults!

The museum is very small. I think it's family owned. Can get very crowded on the week ends and in summer. Can spend good hour - hour an a half. They have separate baby/toddler area. Dress up, puppets, trucks, grocery/farmers market, little art center, blocks, checkers, air and water play areas with tiny boats and fishes(not real) to catch. Over all I would recommend going here if your kids are 2-4 maybe 5.... older kids might not enjoy as much.

Nice museum with beautiful decor. So much fun interactive stuff for kiddos. Great location. Small enough you can keep up with the kiddos.

My husband and I had an opportunity to take 3 of our grandkids to visit the museum recently. Their ages are 12, 4 and 3. The younger children enjoyed the activities very much! So many opportunities to use their imaginations! However there was very little that held the older’s attention. So definitely for younger children but you may want to find something else for ages 4th grade and up.

My five year old granddaughter had a great time here one afternoon. Not a huge building, yet plenty of interesting things for her to explore. The staff was very helpful and she got to work on a small arts and crafts project, as well. We are very happy The Woodlands, TX has a Children's Museum!!

This is a great outlet for young ones and The Woodlands is lucky to have such a great kid's museum. All the exhibits are fun for kids and some for adults as well.

I visited this place this weekend and hosted a party for my sons 4th birthday party. The worst place to host a birthday event. You pay over $300+ for 2 hours and they expect you to decorate and take everything down in that time frame. I felt I was rushed couldn’t really enjoy my guest. I had to continue to walk to the front to ask question because none of the workers came into my party room to make sure we were okay.
Party allows 12 kids and 20 adults after that you have to pay additional cost. When we arrived I asked if I could just give them the list of who RSVP I was told no we have a sign in sheet and who every signs in them that’s who will be taken cared of if I would have known this I definitely wouldn’t have chose this place. I feel was place was ridiculous with so many rules of what you can and cannot do after I paid. I will just stick to hosing my own parties at another location that I can get my money worth. ☺️

Museum is an overstatement. If you consider mass chaos in a big room a museum, than sure. I went on a weekday around 10:30am thinking it could not possibly be that busy. Everybody and their dog was there. Kids were running wild and screaming. Every station was so full of kids. Parents not watching their kids. Not worth the price.

Am I understanding right that you’re only allowed in for 2 hrs? I see the time slot reservations are for 2hrs. Does that mean you show up in that time frame and can stay until they close?
