Venue has plenty of food to purchase. Site is very well layed out. I only wonder, do the celing fans in the concert area work like regular ceiling fans? I was there on 6/26/22 for a concert, it was 98+ degrees with barely a breeze. I noticed the fans rotating counter clock wise, which normally that is for winter use to blow the heat down. Needless to say there were a few people we noticed experiencing heat exhaustion and also one of the band members.
Maybe install some type of fans, water spraying fans, something. Weather here in Texas, in summer time is not forgiving and if having concerts is great, but take care of customers and band members.

Saw a great series of acts. Unfortunately had a pair of clowns behind us that kept talking during the headliners performance. Finally got the a$$ of that and went to the air conditioned lounge that was excellent. Had a drink and enjoyed the rest of the show in peace.

Visited this venue for the Jack Johnson and Zighy Markey concert. It was a very very humid night, but overall the experience exceeded our expectations. Food and drink onsite were spectacular and not your average arena food! Parking was easy and we got into the pavilion within 5-6 minutes. My only gripe: I know concessions have to be shut down prior to end of the show but with current heat water should still be available for purchase throughout the evening or at least have water fountains or water bottles readily accessible!

The staff seem to enjoy their "power" by over enforcing ridiculous rules. Website says you can bring in an empty plastic bottle for water, so we brought our nice quality reusable bottles. At the gate, we were informed that the lids of the empty bottles were not allowed...what? We had to leave them to be picked up after the concert. At the pickup, my husband couldn't locate the ticket but could see the lids with his name and phone number on the bag. We were the only ones there (no one waiting) and the staff refused to give him the lids without the associated claim ticket. We pointed out the name/phone on the bag was visible to us, so they reluctantly gave us the lids. Completely rude staff. That on top of them turning people away at the gate for having a tiny purse an inch over their limit. We saw them doing that to others, so walked all the way back to the car to return my contraband tiny purse. I tried to go to the bathroom 50' away from my seat, and the husband had the tkts on his phone. I had to pass 20 people in my row to get there only to be told by the Nazi staff member that I wouldn't be allowed back without the tkt proof. For what they charge for tkts, they could provide armbands so people could move freely like they do at other venues. Poorly run clown show.

Revert back to taking cash. Some people did not know that no cash is accepted at this venue since the last time they visited. People could not buy water without having a credit card. Do you know that some people do not even have credit cards (younger generations like kids and teens). On this visit to the 2022 Buzzfest, I saw more people passing out from heat exhaustion than I ever had on all of the many visits that I have made to this venue. Why?

I was not allowed in with a petite bag to only hold cell phone, ID, card. I called ahead to confirm and the measurements were consistent with tiles. However they used a premade card to measure and denied me but as you can see in picture it is the correct measurement. I explained to Rosalinda that I called ahead and measured. This was also the slowest line of six lines. Now obvious those at this gate had ridiculous argumentative expectations. I’d like to send a picture of it to show the ridiculousness experienced but the form didn’t upload pictures. It ever so slightly was exposed beyond a card they were using. This ridiculousness is absurd! No common sense! My husband had to track back to the vehicle in the heat. I doubt seriously he will ever get me to return to this place! Positive: free parking

Just spent $110 per ticket for Rod Stewart. If we had known that those in front of us could stand up and obscure the view for the entire concert, we would NOT have purchased the ticket. Hot night, rude staff. Thankfully the drunk bumping into me did not knock me down. Setting more like the bleachers of a baseball game sans the peanut man. The sound was terrible for the Opening Act, Cheap Trick.

Very rude staff. We did not have a single friendly encounter with someone working the event, from checking in to getting to our seat and even the concessions. They need training to learn how to enforce the rules kindly. Lots of new rules post Covid and everyone is trying to follow them. A helpful staff could have made the process much easier and enjoyable. Will not be returning to this venue. Do not recommend.

If I would have know it was card only and not cash, I wouldn’t have come to see Rob Zombie and Mudvayne. I would have seen them at a different venue. I will not be back, I resent that I have to use card, which more likely to get hacked. I have had that happen in the past.

My second concert at this venue. Sound quality is amazing. Fun environment and everyone seems to have fun and get along. Plenty of staff and security on hand. Restrooms are clean and the venue always looks brand new. Even with lines, ticket scan and entry went fast and smooth. Concessions are very expensive, but most venues are.
