We feel so fortunate to have such a fine venue nearby! We have enjoyed many of the free shows, and several concerts. If it’s a hot evening, there is usually a nice breeze on the lawn. There are tons of nice restaurants within walking distance,...More

Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is lovely and has wonderful sound, even sitting on the lawn. If you do choose lawn seats, free for many performances, the facility has nice chairs to lend so no need to drag yours along.

No bad seat in the place, but don't go in the dead of summer...August heat in Texas, enough said! Great place and great concerts, just not for the faint hearted if you don't like the elements!

My friend and I bought tickets months ago for the Pentatonix concert. The concert was great, but we were disappointed with the venue this time. 1) I received an email at 2:45 on the afternoon of the concert about the bag policy. By that point,...More

The Houston Symphony performs frequently. Many famous bands and musicians perform there. I saw Celline Dionne perform. The symphony is free if you sit on your blanket on the lawn! The Woodlands is a very cool place to visit with great restaurants and a waterway.

One of our favorite venues in the Houston area. Lovely outdoor pavilion. Great area surrounded by lots of green space & restaurants.

This place is such a nice venue. Even on a summer night, theres usually a decent breeze. I do highly recommend covered seating because Texas weather can be unpredictable and the lawn area will turn in to a smelly mud pit. Things usually run very...More

Very nice area and we had seats so that was great. I don't think I would do the grass-too much chance of weather not cooperating!! Great acoustics and nice accomodations.
