The service has changed. Management has clearly changed. No longer can a person purchase a ticket for the day. It is a trip fee. If one gets off at one of the stops along the way, they have to pay full fare again. In addition, the signage is wrong. The boats don't start to run until 4 on Fridays, not... More

The ride is not worth the $5 per person (no charge if under 4 yrs), especially during July/August. Better off getting the free trolley.

We took kids and grand kids as we thought it was something really cool. Not. The kids were bored till they saw a few turtles. The water had trash floating in it where the stop for the mall is. Use the trolley if you want to get around, it is free.

We have taken the Waterway taxi/cruise twice with friends. There are several boats, it's a relaxing ride, plenty of seating. Ask where passengers can get off and back on at different points. Kid friendly but they have to stay in their seats. Idea: Get off with the kids at the wall of water and patio fountains where they can run... More

Nice little tour around the Waterway, with information given about the various buildings and area as you go round. Worth while if you have a trip here just to see The Woodlands from a different perspective. Only costs a few bucks as well

I went to the Woodlands Mall for the first time with my fiance and her son just to get 2 hours worth of disappointment. We decided to catch the cruise near Landry's but was passed up by two boats. (The Puffy and The George). Unsure of the boarding areas, and after waiting a little over an hour, we took a... More

The Waterway is beautiful and the trolley is so much fun. If you visit the area, this is a must see.
