Beautiful displays of Hopkins County Veterans. Thank you to all our Veterans. We visited in the Summer of 2017 after moving to Hopkins County. I recommend going to visit during the Spring or Fall, to avoid the heat of Summer.

Having just returned from Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, I can say that the Memorial in Hopkins County is very well done. It is a reverent reminder of bleak times and will hopefully stand as a reminder so we are never again involved in a World War...More

When stopped to check out the special restrooms, we did not expect to find a very nice veterans memorial. Very well done. The people of Sulphur Springs should be proud.

I was born in Sulphur Springs, TX and when they re-did the Courthouse square and added the Veterans Memorial I really enjoyed my first visit. My dad and my Uncle are on the wall.

The Square in Sulphur Springs is VERY impressive. The water fountain, statues, Veteran Memorial, and the Court House itself are wonderful memories of times gone by. A nice place to visit and relax.

When many Americans are protesting our flag and national anthem, this is a great reminder of why we stand and respect our country!

The city has dome a great job honoring its local veterans by carving their names on the memorial walls. On Saturday nights the square features free live entertainment and vendors all around. nice place to hang out and bring your children
