The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Only downside was the lavender wasn't in bloom. Didn't take away from the scenery one bit. Shared a wine tasting with my mom & it was just right. As we were about to walk out, bats were everywhere. Strange being...More

This was my first introduction to Texas wines and enjoyed the wines and experience at Becker. The surroundings and views are beautiful. My only compliant would be that it was super busy on a August Saturday afternoon and the tour felt like cattle being led...More

Great place to visit. We’ve been coming for years and the place seems to look nicer and nicer. We like to sit looking towards the lavender fields and drink our wine and eat the snacks that we bring ourselves. Great atmosphere anytime during the week....More

You were once able to tour and test wineries for free. This is no longer the case, but for about $18 you get generous pours, 6 tastings and a souvenir glass.

Becker has a very good reputation, so we had to stop and check it out, even though their wine list does not contain many of our favorites. We tend to prefer white semi-dry to semi-sweet wines, and they have a number of drier wines. Still, it...More

Becker’s wines are all excellent. Many are award winners. The tasting package at $20 is reasonable. You get to keep the Reidel glass. The grounds are beautiful. The place looks like a Villa in Tuscany, or a great wine estate in Napa County. Highly recommended.

As I mentioned in a previous review, my husband and I love exploring vineyards in the Niagra area. We are used to max $10 tastings which are usually waved with the purchase of a bottle. In Texas, we are shocked to find the tastings are...More

Serretta (name spelling??) was fantastic! I thought she was a sommelier, her knowledge was spot on to our tastes. The wines spanned every taste imaginable; we all found new favorites! Thank you for a wonderful morning at the estate.
