Best decision ever!! Trails went on forever and ever on flood land owned by the Federal Govt! Didn't just walk, trotted or jog, if you prefer, in areas suitable. Dave is extremely cordial. Horses are very well cared for "pets". Not like a real touristy place with 1000 horses lined up, etc So great! I can't wait to come back... More

This was my first time riding and I had a fantastic experience. I was a little nervous at first but our guide Jeff quickly put me at ease. The views around the lake were lovely and Jeff was very knowledgable about the trails and provided interesting tidbits about our surroundings. The horses were extremely well trained and adjusted to each of... More

We had a great time on the two hour lake ride. Dave and the horses were great. Got to see plenty of sites and wildlife along the way. Dave even took a bunch of pics for us. A great time if your in the area.

The horses are well cared for and very well behaved. There were experienced and first time riders but David catered the ride to all of us. David took the time to get everyone coached up and made sure our beginner was comfortable and not afraid in each new thing she encountered. Cannot recommend highly enough. To top everything, David looked... More

I have ridden a couple of times with David in Southlake. The scenery is amazing and the horses very well behaved. David is extremely knowledgeable and patient! The hours pass by way too quickly! Looking forward to my next trip!

We found this activity on Trip Advisor and it is an excellent example of why Trip Adviosor is so good. All of the reviews of how good David is and how authentic the experience is can not be overstated. If you are looking to experience Texas hospitality and a realistic trail ride that is not the nose to tail walk,... More

I never ride before and I was nervous but the owner was so patient. We went on a 2 hour trail ride through the woods in Southlake and around Lake Grapevine. It was awesome. I highly recommend this company if you're traveling to the Dallas area. Of you live here It's a must do.

We had a great evening out on the trails with David! He worked beautifully with our 14 & 12 yr old sons, teaching them all along the way. It was a great time to just be out in nature on horses! Highly recommend!!!
