Excellent tour of the Spoetzel / Shiner Brewery. Very informative and impressive to hear all of the great things they are doing to utilize all of the byproducts and recycling efforts. Plus the final product is delicious.

The tour, altho smaller that some other breweries, is above expectations and worth the 200+ mile trip we made just to take it. With 25 years with this brewery, our tour guide Dotsy was extremely knowledgeable and gave us in-depth history and a great tour....More

No. There is no food at all. The gift shop is adjacent to the brewery. Go inside the gift shop to sign up for the tour (free). Then they’ll give you 4 wooden tokens for 4 cups of Shiner beer (on tap) of your choice.
