I came here with friends for the tour. I felt someone pinch my hand, and I felt someone bump my purse. In the kitchen I felt like I couldn't breathe. I felt a cool breeze on the back of my neck in Emma's room right before my sweet Mom came through from the other side. Erin gave

While there are great stories and history associated with the hotel, I believe my family and I were duped. The owner decided to do a reading and told my family that my grandparents were making contact. We all were brought to tears as we were still grieving and soon after we

Response from Magnolia H, Owner at The Haunted Magnolia Hotel
Responded Oct 16, 2019
I’m sorry you feel this way. Trust me, as a medium I have been called far worse than a hoax by doubters. As a child, I watched my own mother questioned (and even shamed) because of the accuracy in her psychic abilities. She was never saddened by it though. She was always grateful to have brought peace to those who have passed by sharing their message. It is one’s own personal decision to believe or not. The only thing which is sad is that, you were given a gift by a loved one and you chose to disbelieve it. As far as the lights flickering and knocks, it is what it is. That is the beauty of the Magnolia Hotel. Guests come on our tours seeking confirmation that spirits do exist. Sometimes our spirits come forward on the tours, sometimes they don’t. From what you describe, you got the full experience.

The owner, Erin, provides a fascinating account of the history and spirits within the Magnolia Hotel. I loved her passion and was so interesting with her knowledge of the Seguin area and the inhabitants of the hotel. Made for an interesting evening.

I have to wonder about the staircase close to the room ... I got a very odd feeling there. The hotel is so beautiful. So happy you save it this building! Some of the rooms upstairs are creepy!! But it is so awesome that you allow free tours. We may have to come back for
