I love the Pottery Barn & Restoration Hardware stores. I've purchased many items from decor, to kitchen to rugs & furniture at both stores all at decent prices, lower than retail. The Northface store has true outlet prices I think, hit or miss on selection. Kate Spade is good, Ralph Lauren, Brahmin, J Crew, Gap, Nike and on & on.... More

San Marcos is a great luxury outlet with lots of great brands selection and great deals. Ferragamo , Prada, Tory Burch, Seven, Lacoste, Sacks Fifth Avenue, are between the stores you will find. Parking could be challenging if you go during a busy weekend.

These are very popular and seem to draw people from all over. My college age daughter always seem to come out ahead... I'm just there to carry the bags and pull out the wallet. They need a gun or sporting good store for the guys. LOL

This outlet mall is probably the biggest one I've been to. You can easily spend days here just to get through all the stores. They have great stores. We found stuff that we couldn't find in other outlet malls. They have a food court and there are a few sit down restaurants within the mall that makes it easy to... More

To start with, this place is huge! in conjunction with the neighboring Tanger mall, you really need a couple of days to shop it all, and I'm not exaggerating in the least. The nice thing here is that there are some really upscale brands that you don't find at most of the other outlet malls that I have shopped, which... More

This mall offers many designer places that have great deal around major US holidays. It is packed with foreigners who are taking advantage of tax free shopping (note to all visitors). Some stores are too crowded to go in while others are empty (suppose depends on a deal) but you can always find a great deal here. They have all... More

We visited the San Marcos Outlets many years ago. We returned today and found them to still be very nice, and packed with stores. So many outlet malls look like they're on life support. This one is still thriving. And its monstrous. It is actually two outlets divided by a road. The Tanger Outlet isn't bad, but the Premium Outlets... More

Alot of the stores on this side are little more upscale brands, but not all. Finding parking on the weekends or holidays is bad. Go early during those times. Also has parking in the back of mall area, but requires a little walking. Have to walk outside from store to store.

Perfect for shopping on a budget. Great quality stores and merchandise at decent prices. After Christmas there are amazing sales. There are 2 sides of outlet malls.

Is the only reason they get a five. I don't like that there's two sides across the street. Their prices aren't really that much cheaper than a sale at the regular store. It has a ton of shops though, way more than Cypress and Hitchcock.
