This is Rockports' best Bead Shop. It has a wonderful owner (Kathleen), who wants her clientele to come to the shop, but most of all to experience the joy of beading. There are a number of different teachers who are sharing their creative expertise giving classes each week in the shop. They are listed on the stores website. Kathleen is very helpful and will order things for beaders, if they are available. The shop has a number of tables that can accommodate large groups. She has the usual, i.e. seed beads, pearls, findings etc., and many other different types of beads (some very hard to find, and unusual). There are beautiful necklaces and earrings for purchase. For those who feel like they would like to learn how to bead, and/or give a unique gift to someone, stop by and check The Bead Studio out, you won't be disappointed.

My friends and I heard about this place from another bead store so we checked it out. We love this place. There's so much room for classes, trunk shows, and to shop for your favorite beads.
Kathleen is a wonderful store owner. If she doesn't have something in stock, she will get it for you if she can. She is so friendly and warm, it just pulls you in to shop.
We brought more friends in and told more about it. Kathleen's business should thrive and we can't wait to come back next winter, as a winter Texan.
She also has competitive prices on everything.

I have been lucky enough to be involved with a wonderful store...The Bead Studio in Rockport, Texas. Kathleen Ober the owner is a natural when it comes to customer service and she loves everything she is doing. She encourages all to come and visit...bring your own beads, BYOB, food or snacks and bead or simply visit to find out what this is all about. It is a fantastic place for vacationers to visit and a wonderful place to hang out if the weather doesn't cooperate with your beach plans. Hope to see you soon.

I went to the Bead Studio and was pleasantly treated by the owner of the store, Kathleen. She was very friendly and helpful. The store is very open and airy. A beautiful array of beads to choose from along with a very large selection of findings,
Tools, everything you need for making beautiful jewelry. A Hugh selection of seed beads for the header in you! I took several classes from several different instructors and had the pleasure of learning several different techniques and different ways to make all sorts of fun projects. Thank you Kathleen for a great visit and a wonderful shop!!

This bead shop will make you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. Wonderful selections of top quality beads, tools, and supplies, and the nicest people you'll ever meet.

Put this on your "Bucket List"and head to Rockport, TX! The Bead Studio, LLC offers high quality beads, exceptional instructional classes, along with snacks & libations (occasionally); all coupled with a delightful owner (Kathleen) & staff. Always a good time! If you need something special that is not in the shop (which I highly doubt), Kathleen will make sure to get it for you! You will thank your lucky stars that such a high quality bead shop is available in this area, and close to the beach! Please help to support local small businesses in the Rockport, TX area.

Was looking to find tear drop pearls for earring and necklace project. The staff were very informative,assisted with showing the store, and when classes are held. VERY HELPFUL!
