This suburban development has created a little downtown with pedestrian areas, a hotel, apartments and office, plus lots of restaurants. Park in a garage and walk around.

I spend a long weekend here, staying at the Aloft hotel and dining at many of the area restaurants. A fabulous area! Lots to do within walking distance!

Lots of great restaurants, from very casual to high end. Proximity to hotels make it a great location to host out of towers for business.

We had a group of friends in from South Texas and we stayed at the city line. The restaurants are great, so many players to choose from. Our hotel was steps away from the dart rail, which we road to the State Fair and back, and some of our group went to downtown Plano stop. You can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and all are in a short walk. The also offer a shuttle to take you across Greenville Ave. to restaurants located there. We also enjoyed live music in the courtyard on Saturday night. Excellent place to stay or just enjoy the different places to eat.

I spent a few hours at CityLine. I'll admit to being highly impressed with the architecture, design, parks and city plaza. It's almost futuristic. However, I'm not sure this is worthy of being called a TripAdvisor site yet. You will find three main things at your disposal: housing, jobs and restaurants.

Housing consists of a combination of hotels like Aloft and high-rise apartments. There are at least three main office building with plenty of jobs. It's possible to live and work right in this development. DART stops here, so access to the rest of the city is very good. A free hop on-hop off shuttle runs between the buildings and nearby stores.

There are twenty or so restaurants ranging from fine to fast food. You should be able to find something you like at the price point you desire. If you don't live here, there are lots of massive parking garages. The free visitor parking is well marked and easy to find on both ends of the main area.

What's missing to make this an attraction to visit are shops, bars and things to do. You either live here or work here. The restaurants support both. If you live elsewhere, there is no reason to visit this place other than picking a specific restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Cityline is a really cool office complex with a lot of great restaurants and bars. Seems busiest at lunch, but have not been there on the weekends at night. Lots of parking.

CityLine has everything a young single professional family could want. Restaurants, Entertainment, Grocery Store, Pharmacy, Dentist/Doctors, Spa, Residential Apartments/Homes, Hotel, and across the street is a wooded park with walkways. There are numerous employers in CityLine and the DART train stops right there too. It's like living in a Manhattan neighborhood in NYC - but on a smaller scale. I live in Richardson TX so I often shop at the Wholefoods, eat at Fish City Grill, and get my Starbucks fix.

CityLine is nice enough as far as mixed-use urban planned centers go. This one has good restaurant choices and is landscaped well with some nice seating. Overall, a good vibe. Not a lot of shopping choices though. Several good restaurant choices.

This place is massive with lots of office space and apartments. I wouldn't call it an attraction or a destination. It's just a massive mixed use development.

We live nearby and have dinner at the restaurants that are part of the development. There are options on both the east and west side of Plano Rd. The ones on the west side near the office space are better and higher end. If you don't live or work here the only reason to come is for lunch/dinner.

Cityline went from cow pasture to urban center in just a couple short years. Lot's of good restaurants and a few shops. Also good outdoor plazas to just hang out when the weather is nice. Parking garages (free) are well planned and easy to get into and out of.
