Went exploring and ended up here in Port O'Connor Texas on the bay. For the end of July it's surprisingly quiet on a Friday afternoon, but there's a nice pier to walk and a good breeze and NOBODY around. It's free here too!
This is at the end of the main road through the town and is a clean swath of shore, with a covered pavilion and some parking spaces. Very clean.
It looks like an outdoors city park for community events, but not particularly spectacular nor attractive.
We went out to Port O'Connor to visit a very close friend of ours. It is absolutely beautiful out there. I love the beach homes, especially the ones closest to the shore they have old lookouts built into them.
