The park is beautiful, quiet and serene. Lots and lots of trees. A number of nice hiking trails. Primitive camping, RV slots and private cabins for rent. Very nice, friendly staff. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet we found here.

Beautiful park. Maybe the best State Park I've been to- yet. The staff was so friendly, easy going and nice. The screened shelters are very secluded from one another. We had a large group and we didn't realize just how spread apart some of them...More

Great park with private feeling campsites! Let’s face it we go camping to get away not to have camp neighbors so close you feel like your camping together. We love this park and it’s hiking trails, fishing pier and general size of the park. Very...More

This was one of the nicest parks I’ve been. It was well maintained, not very many people for a summer weekend getaway, and with great options. I have a 3 and 1 one year old that had a great time. The swim area was shallow...More

We have a State Parks card and try to visit any new to us when on vacation. This one was an 'eh' for me. Seemed very crammed. Not a lot on the views.
