Very nice experience but a little expensive for the time on the train

This was very nice. The actors playing the parts of the story did very good. Santa was great!! The only downside is the trip is to short only about 20 minutes each direction.

I was hesitant to book this attraction due to the price since I have a family of 5. Boy I am sure glad I did. The staff and experience is well thought out and the kids had a great time. The smiles on their faces says it all! Make sure the whole family wears pajamas - it helps with the... More

We met our four grandchildren there. They range from age two to six. Both the children and adults had a great time. We did the 5 pm ride so it was light going out to pick up Santa and dark going back. Everyone said the hot chocolate was great along with the chocolate chip cookie. We had tickets that included... My 6yr, 3yr and infant were thrilled with the ride, hot chocolate and visit from Santa. The North Pole scene needed some "fake snow" to make it more realistic. The children really enjoyed Santa autographing their ticket and giving them the bell . He was an excellent Santa as he was very good with children. They were surprised by the hobo... More

The Polar express is cute, but not worth the money or drive time to get there. Our 9 year old enjoyed it, but our 11 year old didn’t think much of it. The best time to take kids on the Polar Express is from 5-9 years old. Under 5, and they may fall asleep. Ten and over and the kids... More

My 10 and 7 yr old girls were thrilled. I am so glad, i purchased the diamond class tickets as it was worth it. We were in a double decker cabin on the upper level. Very well decorated. Girls received Polar Express Mugs, Bells, Cookies, Hot Chocolate, Gold Tickets punched and last but not least they got to meet with... More

I agree with the posts in general. It is a cute experience and the little ones enjoy it. However, the "north pole" is underwhelming. My 6 year old immediately knew it was not real, and was not excited at all to see it. We got the Lonestar tickets and thankfully the visit from Santa salvaged the trip. The staff/cooks were... More

My 10 year old loved it, my 13 year old said it was cool, my 15 year old said "meh" (he says that for most everything), my 22 adored it. Wear your pjs!

This seriously was such a wonderful experience! The staff put in so much effort to making it truly an enjoyable experience! Wasn't expecting to be so fun! Children loved it! **totally surprised me when we got to the North Pole and all of the elves were there with Santa dancing! So nice! Def. recommend at least the middle class tickets,... More

This train ride based on the book and movie is a fun family experience, especially for younger children. The staff were very friendly and engaging in getting the children to participate in the songs and dancing. Do try to get there early, as they suggest. There are restrooms on site but more capacity would be helpful as lines can be... More
