Great memories!!!!

We came up to the Polar Express train ride with my two year old and eight year. They both loved it! I would definitely recommend going at least an hour early. There were so many... read more

We arrived when it was dark, but when we walked up to the ticket booth, we could see the old style train, the trees lit up and decorated along with the other little buildings by the train. We thought the ride was a great experience; from the cookies, the hot chocolate, music from the movie, to the staff "dancing" up... More

The railroad was quick and easy to get to. Lots of parking. A bit confusing to find our car. We were in 1511. The sign for it was a half a train away from the car not sure why. Other than that it was a great time. Fantastic fun for all. The crew in our car was great. Smiles, friendly,... More

We came up to the Polar Express train ride with my two year old and eight year. They both loved it! I would definitely recommend going at least an hour early. There were so many people and it was not organized very well. I would have given five, but with the lack of organization/direction, poor bathroom facilities (4 stalls for... More

This was such a memorable experience! They have it nailed down to a well oiled machine. We were very impressed how friendly all the workers were and how much they seemed to enjoy their jobs. We took the 5:00 ride which we thought was perfect. There was enough daylight to enjoy the ride to the North Pole, yet dark enough... More

Perfect for families to go and have fun ! We dressed all up in pjs for the experience and had fun. Lines were kinda long because there is a small time where the train in unloading and the reloading in a small period of time. Did the diamond class to have visit with Santa. Well Santa gets on half way... More

Adult or child, it doesn't matter. What a great thing to share with your family. Now it is rather busy this time of year, but the railroad makes it very special for all. Get your tickets ahead of time and get there early. If you don't mind crowds, you will love the experience.

They need to either build a bathroom or at least provided porta potties so you don't have to wait 15 minutes in line to potty and have a child almost pee on their self. Gift shop was really low on stock and was so packed full of people. I was a little sad the lights and decoration they have coming... More

We expected to get a lot of entertainment especially for the cost of these tickets.( $47 for adults and $37 for children) When we got on the train the staff only danced for like 3 minutes. They did hand out hot chocolate and hard as a rock sugar cookies. I thought that we were suppose to see Santa at the... More

We took our 2 grandsons (ages 5 and 10) this year, the Sunday before Thanksgiving (great time to go, not usual crowds!). The weather was perfect and the ride was magical and not sure who had a better time! Don't let the luke-warm reviews dissuade you from going. It was a Norman Rockwell evening, with traditional Christmas Carols. Our youngest... More
