Enjoyable with young kids

When our kids were under 10 this was a great adventure to take each year. The kids will have a blast in their pajamas and there are plenty of adults in their PJ's as well if you... read more

We have taken this trip two Christmas' in a row and plan to continue as an annual family tradition, or at least until my son continues to believe in Santa. We love it so much!!! I've read some people who've complained about the whole experience but we have yet to have a bad experience. It's a bit pricey especially if... More

I worked here last season and was very impressed by the event. I loved the atmosphere and the whole event was great. This pasy year, the north pole decorations weren't very good but oh well. I was pregnant while working last year and I plan to take my daughter this year!!! It's going to become a new tradition of ours.... More

This is a wonderful ride through the Alps....lots of wonderful views, nice staff, good food, big windows. Switzerland is such a littlle country so you get to see a lot of it in this one ride.

When our kids were under 10 this was a great adventure to take each year. The kids will have a blast in their pajamas and there are plenty of adults in their PJ's as well if you want to join in the fun. Be sure to arrive early (don't miss the train). Be patient with parking. The only unpleasant part... More

Pros: This was a really neat experience. My three year old was enthralled to be riding a train! He wasn't even interested in his hot chocolate or cookie...lol! We were on car 50, which seemed to be the most antique-looking of the ones we walked through, which we liked! It was a pretty long ride, which we were happy about.... More

You can't get much closer to the movie. The staff was fantastic, dancing/singing waiters and chefs. Totally engaged the guests. It was worth every penny. Went on the 8 p.m. ride. It'shame the locals along the route don't embrace the spirit and decorate. My grandchildren who "don't believe in santa" were mezmerized, too bad for their parents.

Our first time riding the Polar Express and we had a blast!! From the moment we arrived at the depot our kids were caught up in the magic. We would highly recommend the 8pm ride.

Booked this for my son and I cause the last 3 Christmas have been so sad, got stuck in traffic 10 minutes away and called , asked if others were stuck in traffic and they said yes , will you delay the train for a little so we can get there , NO! Called 3 times , answer was NO!... More

The idea is great but the follow through is lacking. We spent over 400 dollars for 11 of us. The ride was too short. Even the kids we asking why it was so short. If you are on the wrong side of the train you will miss the North Pole (A very lack luster hole in the woods). We were... More

Wonderful Christmas family tradition. The short ride has the feel of being in the movie & book. Yummy chocolate chip cookies & hot chocolate. Awesome experience.
