Another fantastic gift to the SETX community. Wonderful western art collection. Also has a complete 50 state collection of Steuben crystal. Temporary exhibits are always a reason to go back. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff, and again, it’s FREE.

This art museum has an amazing collection of Southwestern Art, as well as historical exhibits about the founding and development of Orange, Texas. I have visited many top art museums in the U.S. and around the world and this museum stands tall among them.

It has an amazing amount of art. They have several western paintings that are done in black and white. They almost looked real.

There is also a significant display of American Indian beadwork, pottery, Navajo blankets and rugs, and a complete set of Steuben crystal vases of all 50 states. In other words, a small town can have a museum worthy of a major city.…
