The gardens are grand; however, we missed the Azaleas blooming! So, we were very disappointed. We walked throughout the grounds; so, we got exercise at least. There were very few flowers to see.

This was our first visit to the gardens and we enjoyed the stroll at night with all the decorations and lights around. The parking lot was packed but the gardens didn't seem crowded. It was a very family friendly atmosphere but we also enjoyed it...More

We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the bird blind. Be sure to time your visit in order to take the complimentary boat ride through the bayou, scheduled at various times during the day.

Spring is great. Azaleas bloom about March. Fall is great too.
