Everything was broken. All flooded. Poorly managed. Wouldn't give tickets. I advise you to not go there!!!!

The best thing I can say about Mountasia is that it was clean and the air conditioner worked. The hours posted on the website don't match those posted on the door which don't match when the door is actually unlocked for business. We didn't get one smile or welcome greeting or thank you -- not one, I'm not kidding -- from any person working there. The attitude was at best indifferent. The outdoor activities were fun and seemingly well-maintained, but the indoor activities were disappointing. More than 50% of the video arcade games didn't work and 100% were very old and outdated games; those that offered "tickets" were electronically loaded on your game card, but the game card reader didn't work so staff had to guess at how many tickets your kids were entitled to. The roller "rink" is 8" square linoleum tiles with lots of old tape or gum or something that made skating for novices very difficult; and we had to exchange two pair of skates because the laces were broken and too short to get a foot in. In other words, all the other reviews about being dated and poorly maintained are spot on. While our five-year-old had fun outdoors, even he noticed that none of the staff seemed happy to see him. Their attitude was the biggest disappointment of all. It's easy to forgive technology glitches if the staff seems to care. I notice that management stopped responding to reviews in 2017. I hope they start reading them again and offer some training, coaching, and maintenance to restore this " fun center."

Not as much to do as the new Alley cats. Not a bad place just not a whole lot except miniature golf.

It is still a fun outing but it needs work. The miniature golf course needs the most work. Prices are reasonable

Had a very good time here. Yes it's a bit dated and not very crowded but, the not very crowded part was a good thing. Yes it was hot but, its June in Texas! What do you expect? Staff was friendly and one on particular was awesome, Collin! He goes out of his way to make sure the guests have a great time! He was running all over the place to help us out. Some games didn't work but, there was a maintenance man working on them. Laser tag would have been better if we had more people, only the 4 of us. We would really love to come back here next time come back to Dallas. I would recommend Mountasia. It's not a place if you are looking for upscale 100% catering like a big theme park. Its has a nice friendly atmosphere and good people. Again yes it is a bit dated but nice. Price was good for what we did. Make sure to look at their website for discounts and coupons for even better pricing.
