Decided to travel through and try this brewery. Staff was amazing and friendly. Beer was very good and tasted amazing. Would recommend if you like sour craft beers.

Experience 5/5 Service 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Selection of sours 4/5 Selection of other beers 0/5 Quality of beer 3.5/5 Sour beers are the only ones available. I personally like sours as do my friends. My wife and I really enjoyed New Braunfels Brewing. Very good sours, nice place, and nice people. Very refreshing styles for the heat in Texas. Just wished you were a lot farther north, lol.

First found my love of sour beer here with the Sangre de shiva. Had the opportunity to visit this past week again and wow. I loved everything I tried! My advice- get a flight. Can't wait to try their honeydew beer!
