Really nice layout. Fun golf course to play. Very friendly staff. Starter gives great over view of course. #5 is really challenging but the most difficult is 18, especially if you haven’t played it before. Course is not in the best shape.

Thanks so much for your review! We are glad you enjoyed your golf experience at The Bandit.
This has become my new favorite course in the San Antonio area. It is in excellent condition for February. The course has some very difficult holes, but not unfair. There are some fairly long par 3s. The finishing hole, a par 5 requires strategy (and...More
Overall the course was in good shape, especially for the price! However, we did come across a few negatives. First, the staff comes across like it's a private club. Second, it got really old having the residents that live on the course dart across in...More
The condition of the course is great: fairways are green, greens are smooth. I walked and it has a number of elevation changes and numerous tee boxes are pretty far from the previous green, but certainly doable. While there are houses around, most of the...More

Great course. Very challenging. Especially the 18th hole. Very friendly staff, especially John the marshal. Even gave us a physio treatment and recommendations on how to treat a sore elbow. The course is in excellent condition. Play was moving along and the cold towels available...More
So the course is fun enough- have played a couple times now, and we do enjoy it. The last time we booked the earliest tee time as soon as it opened, as we are very fast players, and don't like to be delayed by those...More
A creek runs throughout the course. What that means is all but two holes. Sometimes along the fairway, sometimes across - several times. You might want to take a few extra balls and bug spray! Its a fun course and would be fun to play...More
We are Pennsylvania residents, and are used to rolling golf courses, so really enjoyed the Bandit! It is a very demanding course, with some difficult holes, and treacherous greens. Guys in pro shop very cordial and eager to get you "on"!. Very fair greens fees,...More
