Dry Comal Creek Vineyard is a fun relaxed environment. Yes they have s couple of nice wines worth taking home, but the upbeat atmosphere is worth the trip. There are some great sweet wine concoctions that may be the root of the festive attitudes!

This winery is located in the beautiful hill country. You have to drive on a back road through some nice scenery to reach this location; and it is worth the trip. I like that this business has big signs on TX-46 telling you that it is ahead (as long as you know what road you're supposed to be looking for,... More

Of the many wine stops in central Texas, Dry Comal had great wine and a quaint setting that made this one of my favorites. Grabbed a bottle of the White Black, sat out under the oak trees, chatted about the many things we should have been doing, all the while really enjoying ourselves. Did I mention, the wine was excellent.

Great small Texas winery with many varieties available. Wonderfully nice staff and beautiful area make this a must stop. We are not big wine people and still walked away buying a case of wine. Tastes great! Go see this place!

We just signed up to attend the Dry Comal Creek Grape Stomp. This will be the 3rd year that we have done this. It is always so much fun! We attend with a group of friends and always have an awesome time! The owner is always there mingling with the group. The same band has always been there when we... More

We saw a sign for this winery and went for a tasting. The woman was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a tasting and the woman recommended other places for us to visit. Including directions and a map!

Attended the Wine and Cheese University at Dry Comal Creek Vineyards. What a wonderful time. Had a great time pairing wine and cheeses. Would highly recommend this experience for anyone. We had a great time and it appeared the individuals around us did too. Would have never though of pairing some of these wine and cheeses together. The instructors were... More

My wife and I drove out of our way to visit this location from the north side of Canyon Lake while staying at a friend's house on Dec. 30th; we arrived, and the tasting bar was full, so we moved to the gift shop in the back. There were several picnic tables set up in this area (apparently some were... More

Walked in and the wine tasting bar was full. Perused the small gift shop while waiting for a spot and were never greeted by the hostess serving. After about 20 minutes, the hostess finally asked if we wanted to sample some wine. We waited another ten while she attended to her other customers and finally got fed up, and left.... More
