Situated in the McKenna Events Center near downtown (and current detours in those nearby streets!), the museum is really kid-friendly. Makes a nice day with nearby Schlitterbahn added in.

My kids love this place! We’ve been coming since my oldest was walking, and usually buy the annual pass. The grocery store and outside water area are usually where we spend most of our time. I’ve never had a bad experience.

Today was our first trip to the McKenna Children’s Museum. My daughter is 2 yrs old and she had a blast!! There are small, themed areas throughout the museum and an outdoor play area as well. The themed spots include: hospital, grocery store, bank, etc. The outdoor space has water tables and a playground equipment. The price is very reasonable at $7.59 per person (adult or child). We will definitely be coming back!! It was so much fun!…

Took our family and kids to the Museum and they had a blast. there are tons of things for the kids to see and do at the Museum. We had kids that were from 10 to 2 and there was something for everyone.
