Booked three hour trip to see Wales. The boat left 15 mins late. We did see 3 pilot Wales and some distant tuna jumping. One male pilot wale came near to our boat which was good. But I hads to ask are they pilot Wales. Not much information given. Didn't stay long onto 25 mins for swimming and then return... More

We booked a 2 hour trip and rang because our navigation couldn't lead us the way. The man on the phone only spoke Spanish and eventually hang up on us, because we told him a street that didn't exist according to him. Meanwhile we were driving that same road. We called again to ask if the boat could wait for... More

Not that I did, this is one those trip if you do you regret it. We got to see dolphins & pilot whales, the crew were very friendly, I would say 3 things if you do book with anyone: 1. Go to there shop just the opposite pier 4 ASAP as you are required to get boarding cards on a... More

Took the three hour trip and got too see Dolphins and Whales from right in front of the boat. A couple of free drinks included and a sandwich. Snorkelling was a disappointment, ten minutes by the boat and no fish given the noise. Cannot beat floating around in the sun however, just be aware of the spray at the front... More

Overall the trip was good. We got to see some amazing dolphins so close to the boat for a long time. There' was 49 people on the boat and it did feel a little bit too crowded but not up the front where we were, I would suggest getting there early to get a nice seat. The food wasn't great... More

As this month we have had very bad weather with all boats cancelled some days, can you please let me know which day your excursion returned early. Normally the captin will ask clients if they wish to return if the sea is bad. More

Thank you for organising such fantastic catamaran trips for 116 of our guests over Friday & Saturday. They had an amazing time and saw lots of dolphins, pilot whales etc. You really looked after them and promptly picked them up from their hotel and returned them back in good time. Thanks so much for all your assistance and for making... More

We took the Eden Catamaran to go see the Whales and Dolphins....we were lucky enough to see both including 2 different types of Whales. There are many different venders located in and around but we choose Eden and would recommend. I went with the Wife and 4 Children youngest 3, only one of the kids felt sea sick so a... More

I was on another tour of the Tenerife coastline on Sunday 9 October 2016 and watched in horror as the Eden Catamaran did some of the worst wildlife interaction I've ever seen. First, they chased a group of pilot whales once they found them which is known to stress the animals. Second, when the whales had passed the boat, they... More
