We visited the gay beach a couple of days while staying in Maspalomas. We weren't expecting much as reviews on TripAdvisor have said there are few chairs and they are old. However, it seems that they have now been replaced! Both days we turned up around 12pm and there were still plenty of sun beds available, they looked brand new and were comfortable.
It costs €7.50 for two sunbeds and an umbrella.
The beach kiosk is pretty good, and for the location most prices are pretty good! Around €3 for a large beer which is comparable to many other local bars, although beware soft drinks (Coca Cola etc.) cost about the same.
The sandwiches available are pretty good and they will toast them for free for you.

The best And busiest part of maspalomas beach is KIOSK 7
Serving chilled beer on draft cold drinks and sandwiches
There's always a good bar vibe and buzz to the kiosk - top tunes Are played all day
The girls who run the kiosk really work hard and serve thirsty queen s and friends quickly
There's also a very clean toilet facility adjacent to the kiosk costing 50c a ago - save the sand sand dunes from pollution
Best tip - have a sun lounger"one block" away from the kiosk less traffic and quieter
As for the sunbeds and parasols - ALL NEW!! Gr8 value and worth 8euros a double + parasol
Really nice chilled crowd further away from the kiosk - more clubby closer to
You choose
No matter where you lie theres always a good view to be had
Mind the sand - always wear footwear if not your journey to and from the kiosk may result in undignified mincing and 3rd degree burn soles!

The best place located to grab a beer and enjoy with music and friends the perfect weather of the south of Gran Canaria

Been coming to Gran Canaria for about 20 plus years now and love it here, although...
This beach and who makes the decisions on facilities and number of beds here has no business sense whatsoever!
Constantly packed beach, if you don't arrive before 10am then forget getting a bed or umbrella as there are never enough.
Sometimes, especially during events like pride there are 50,000 plus LGBTQI people visiting Gran Canaria/Maspalomas and they don't have the common sense to buy more beds and umbrellas when they are charging €7.50 for 2 beds... unbelievable really. If they did the math then they'd be making thousands of euros more by having more beds and umbrellas! No common sense at all.
Also toilet facilities are shocking, not only are they charging which is fine but...they're not open until 6pm like they should be and they wonder why customers urinate in the dunes...what do they honestly expect.

Here is always fun factor 10’ or more. Meat as many people you like, it’s one of the biggest events every day long, doesn’t matter if sun is shining or not.
To get a sunbed you must be an early bird- after 10.30/11 all occupied.
Enjoy the special sangria at No 7 it helps to start talking;-)) anything can happen there, so be prepared and keep calm and don’t forget sunblocker for the dunes;-))
Enjoy 😉

This kiosk sells drinks including beer as well as snacks and sandwiches. The staff are quick and it's always got a crowd around it. There is a fun ambiance. However it's fairly expensive- €3 for a draft beer or come or water. We tended to bring cold water with us and grab a beer when we wanted

Kiosco #7 (Maspalomas) is the gay melting pot on the beach. You can rent a beach chair + umbrella or just put your towel on the sand. Mucho eye candy and just a very relaxed atmosphere in the sun. The kiosk sells snacks and „Tropical beer“ (draught!) @3.50€.
Wish I would have more time left here.

Beach bar with good tunes and fast service, always busy but no matter how busy they are always friendly...good tunes but charging 50c for the toilet is a bit extreme...

Great out of the way beach area. The kiosk and beds are not actually open at the Moment. But still nice place for gay guys to meet. Good video on YouTube of how to get there.
