Diving center Nautico is absolutely fantastic! The staff and instructors are really outstanding and helpful. They want you to succeed, be safe, have fun, do well and know the material. Jeg tok min Open Water kurs hos Nautico og var veldig fornøyd med kurset og instruktører. Bra kurs og veldig hyggelig betjening. Godt utvalg og dyktige instruktører, her finner man noe for alle. Yesterday was our first open water dive and it was fab thanks to these guys! Although we'd done a diving experience in the UK it was in a pool so the refresher was welcomed prior to diving in the sea. Saw lots of sea life. Many different fish, an octopus hiding, a stone fish plus barracudas. The guys are friendly and professional with much knowledge of the area and wildlife. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The guys at diving center Nautico are the best. From start to finish there are professionals and helpful. There great guys to talk to and have a laugh with. And the smallest friend the centres Little dog ( never got his name ) is great. Every thing on the dive is explained to make the day as enjoyable as it can be. Loads to talk about with loads of dive locations no mater what you experience is there be right there to help. I will be back hopefully next week if not next year 2019. Thanks guys for the best experience.

First i want to say that this was a very good first diving experience. I really like snorkeling and diving is even more relaxing and enjoyable. I was slightly nervous beforehand having never dived. However, I felt safe, I learnt a lot and I saw quite a few cool things. The instructors were friendly and their English was great - easy to understand. We held on to the instructor for the sea part and he kept checking we were happy - in particular we had problems equalising pressure in our ears. Highlights were a cuttlefish and a huge shoal of fish that was completely unphased by us. We swam very slowly through the shoal. I very nearly gave this diving centre 4 stars, however i felt there were too many ways they could improve and so i opted for 3 stars. Here is some of my reasoning: - the learning in a pool bit is done in an extremely crowded hotel pool. Other tourist are walking or swimming (or jumping in) all around you. This wasn't toooo annoying, i certainly wouldn't want them to skip the pool part and i understand they can't do anything about this. However, it still makes it not a 5 star experience. - In the pool session, we got separated from our instructor because another instructor stopped us for underwater photos. This worried me slightly that he would also do this in the sea! In the sea, i don't want to be distracted and separated from the instructor. Like us, one of the tourists in another group got separated in the pool and then ended up swimming under the bit where the slide enters the pool and caused a bit of chaos around that. Unorganised? - The same instructor who had been taking our photos tried to show us how to deal with the air tanks when we were out of the water before driving them to the sea with us. Then our main instructor stopped him, telling him that they don't get us to do that. Which i think is good! I don't want to be playing with my air tank just before going in the sea! Not on my first dive. The inconsistency between the instructors felt unprofessional. - When we got to the dive site there seemed to be confusion as to who one of the tourists was going to have as an instructor. Surely this should have been known all along! Again, felt unprofessional. - We didn't seem to drive to the site i was expecting us to go to. After the sea dive, by overhearing the instructors, it sounded like we had gone somewhere different because their usual spot was very wavy. This is fine and the spot we went to was good. But they should have communicated this to us - again it felt unprofessional. - My partner and i both had problems equalising pressure in our ears. We were told one way to do this while on land. Underwater the instructor tried to show us another way / a modification to the method. Underwater, this was hard to understand! If there are multiple techniques, tell us about all of them while we're on land and while we can talk. Especially as this stopped us going to the full depth and potentially from seeing many more interesting things. - You can pay 15 euros to get your photos on a memory stick. This can be a bargain or a rip off depending on the quality of photos. We had few photos in the sea and none of any fish we saw. Probably because the instructor was focussing on looking after us and our ear problems. However, it meant the photos maybe weren't worth the 15 euros. I understand it wouldn't be simple, but if there was a way you could see your photos before buying, this would be better. If our ears were better, we probably would have had a slightly better experience and maybe had more photos. But in that case maybe we could have had more advice / practice on dealing with this problem. Again, extremely good experience, i would recommend and i will be diving again!
