Just returned from this hotel after 10 days Bed Breakfast and evening meal. Generally the stay was quite good. Reception were very good on arrival changing our room after the first day to a higher floor . The first floor over looking the pool is not very private and would recommend higher the better. The standard of cleanliness was very high and cleaning staff very polite. breakfast was the meal of the day with very good selection. Dinner was not so good with choices being the same each day. The quality of the meat was not good and vegetables mostly cooked in oil not to every ones choice.
Rooms were cleaned every day and towels whenever you wanted , air conditioning worked very well. Pool and loungers were plentiful with no fighting for them. Towels provided.
Daytime animation limited with little to nothing at night unless you like bingo or quizzes so that was a bit disappointing .
The reception were always very helpful if you needed anything.
Drinks were normal hotel prices high. There are plenty of local supermarkets that sell drinks at sensible prices.

It's a lovely beach, recommend going early to see the clear water and fish. Once everyone arrives it gets overcrowded and the water isn't so clear. Expect to pay 13.50 euro for two bedrooms and an umbrella. Facilities are available, 50 cent for the toilet.

Lovely beach, even better than expected. Mid October weather was great, and nowhere better to spend the day - beach bars for drinks, baguette shops for lunch and supermarkets all nearby. The sand was clean, and plenty of bins, including recycling bins. Sunbeds and parasols reasonably priced but could do with a weekly ticket option.
The sea was chilly (I'd read it was warm!) but fine once you'd acclimatised. A little disappointing for snorkelling with not much to see.
Toilets at each end of the beach so save your 50c coins - they are clean and maintained.
Looks like they are winding down for the end of season as many of the parasols were being dismantled but still plenty of space to choose from. Definitely one of the nicest beaches I've been to in Europe.

Lovely beach however beware of the sun lounger man at the first group of them- he hounded us for cash for beds constantly whilst my husband went to get cash. Was rude aggresive but yet no card machine.
Followed this the second time by telling us to fill in a sand hole that another child had dug!
Ruins such a nice part of the beach. He shouldnt be working there.

Loved Santa Ponsa - the beach was clean; sea lovely; bars and hotels very welcoming. We travelled to Palma with erase via bus and bus stops centrally located. Tourist information just off the beach.

Lovely sandy beach with boardwalk down to the front. Beds and shades available but you can also just sit on the sand with your own. Loo is available and cafe on the edge of the beach. Clear clean water you can see the fish if you get here before all the people. Nice beach.

Visited this beach daily on our family holiday with it being so close to our hotel! It’s a lovely beach with sun loungers available with umbrellas for a small price. It also had body boarding and peddlo boats available for hire, my sister highly enjoyed this! The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the state of the toilets and they payment to get into the toilets :(
Other than that a lovely beach to chill on with family and I highly recommend.

Love this beach so much, and if you put goggles or snorkelling gear on you can see loads of fish and the coral. It offers plenty of bars, I recommend the Verdemar as it is cheap for a drink. The sea is Chrystal clear, however you have to pay for a sun bed, we just used towels.

Came in April 2022. Beach was pretty empty but all shops and bars open. Water absolutely freezing but there was a warm sun for the whole week. Sand super soft and comfy. Lots of seaweed but not overly smelly. Sun loungers €13 for two for the whole day.

It's nice place it's kinda on a mountain so lots of hills. I wouldn't advise going if you have mobility issues but beautiful to look around some fantastic views to be had if you are able to walk up alot of steps
It looks over the bay area. I've been to a few places around the world now and santa ponsa is up with the greats. I'm 33 so I'm in the middle bracket (if you well) I like night life and like my sleep at night this place has a great mix to suit all ages. Lots of nice food places bars and little cafés. I won't say in this post any names tho. It took us about 35 minutes to reach the resort from Palma Airport it can be done quicker I'm sure. If you have any questions just ask I will be around to help most evening and weekends GMT (UK time). 😍😍 Thanks for the support and help I have had on here. 😍😍
