    Great trip
Just did a panoramic trip to Barcelona! The guide and driver were brilliant! We stopped at points of interest and everything was explained to us by the guide Roman who spoke perfect English! Would highly recommend busplana to anyone thinking of a tour of Barcelona!

    Brilliant day. Definitely recommend
Did the panoramic Barcelona tour with Roman and the driver Fabien. Roman's knowledge of the relevant history was really interesting and Fabiens ability to drive around Barcelona in such a huge bus was very impressive. Would definitely recommend.

    Well organised trip to monserrat
We used bus plana for an excursion to monserrat. Was easy to book at one of for many plana offices in salou. We paid €38 each and got picked up near our hotel. Monserrat is a beautiful place in the mountains and our guide ?Benny was informative and had a relaxed and humorous persona. Our trip included a visit in the Chapel to see the Black Madonna. And the train the goes up the mountain. we also visited a chocolate factory in Cava ,was lovely to see other parts of spain. Worth the very reasonable price imo

    Grumpy staff
Good to see that grumpy and unhelpful bus drivers are not confined to my home country. Try a bit harder folks; people may come back. Seriously considering a driving holiday around the UK next year which will probably cost as much as Spain but at least I can keep myself to myself for the transport end.

    Bello - BusPlana’s No 1 Driver
Just through Security in Reus Airport thanks to BusPlana, their agent in Cap Salou and Bello their wonderful driver. Went to Cap Salou office to get the No 82 at 15.46 bus - no bus. Waited for the 16.16 - no bus. Spoke with the lovely lady in Cap Salou office who followed up for us and got a “special” bus sent for us for the normal fare and made it to the airport on time. Thank you PlanaBus, their wonderful agent in Cap Salou and of course their No 1 driver Bello! Well Done Everybody we’ll be back

    Good service.
The ‘bus’ is actually a coach with some air conditioning and was prompt. Used to travel from Cap Salou to both Tarragona and Cambrils, costing €2.95 and €2.05 per single journey respectively. I think you can buy a 10 trip ticket, not sure of the cost. They also do longer trips to Barcelona too.

    Easy transport option
Good service and cheap if you buy a T10 pass card. Each journey was 61 cents regardless of whether it was a short hop or a journey from our hotel to Tarragona. Loads of buses running all air conditioned too.

Timetables are a mess. Bus arrived 10 minutes late and despite Covid-19 they do not accept card payment or contactless, cash only. Shocking really, it’s no wonder Covid cases are on the rise in Barcelona 🤦🏻‍♀️

Shocking service from bus plana! Trip to Barcelona with 2 minors. Passed out on the bus as they sent a bus with broken air conditioning! We were still required to wear masks & could hardly breathe in 32 degrees heat! With a fully packed bus & no windows to open! Spanish authorities require this to stop the spread of covid hey bus plana have highly likely caused further spread of the virus! We were suffocating & the woman at bus plana salou couldn’t be more apologetic about that plus the fact the bus was over an hour late getting is home & missed our dinner!! She made me fill out a complaints form & gave the number to contact for refund however they do not answer the phone & when replying (extremely slowly on WhatsApp) they said refund is to be dealt with by the woman who we purchased the ticket from!! Went back to her only to be told that is not the case! She got very angry & we asked to speak with her boss! She said he will not refund even though his company have caused ill health & nearly killed a bus full of people! Roman the tour guide has directed us to leave our concerns here onTrip advisor. A truly awful experience & we will ge reporting to health & safety standards, we purchased a trip on a fully air conditioned bus & that is not what was received! I will be going to bank to put hold on this payment & will be asking hotel to notify all future residents to stay clear as clearly a scam!

We took the bus from Barcelona to Cap Salou round trip in one day. The bus was punctual, clean, and comfortable. The bus routes are on the website.

2 things to note:
1) The prices are not on any webpage online. I messaged the whatsapp number to ask the prices and they responded within 45 minutes.

2) You can’t pay with card on the bus. You can pay for card at their office but it’s only cash on the bus. I paid 26 euros round trip per person.

There was no wifi on the bus and very few seats had plug spots.

We got the bus to port aventura, Barcelona and reus airport with this service.

The bus to port aventura was good, the worker in the ticket office at the beach was helpful and we bought our tickets there which are cheap only like €2/€3. The bus was well ventilated as well.

The bus to Barcelona took 2.5 hrs there and back with all the stops so 5 hrs in total.

The bus to the airport was meant to come at 1pm but it came early at 12:50pm so we missed it and had to wait until 2pm which it actually came early again and arrived around 5 to 2, so if you’re getting a bus with plana maybe come 10 mins before/after.

When we were going to reus airport a bus pulled up that said ‘reus’ so we asked was it going to the airport and the bus driver was super rude and just shouted no and closed the door on my boyfriend while he was still standing there and the door hit him.. so kinda hit or miss really but cheap

Absolutely great bus service. Lots of buses going to all sorts of places and very frequently. Really clean and incredibly cheap. You can buy a variety of tickets that give you a different number of journeys. We paid 12.80 euros for 10 journeys to all sorts of places.

We went on the Barcelona zoo and aquariam excursions. Firstly the bus was late on arriving at the collection point, then we had to endure a 2hrs 45minute bus journey stopping at every bus stop to pick people up between Salou and finally Tarragona bus station. We then journeyed to Barcelona via the old cost road. Upon arriving in Barcelona we where informed of where the bus would collect us at 5.opm it then took us to the zoo where we where informed that we had to make our own way to the aquariam and then back to the bus stop. So rather than enduring another long journey back to Salou we decided to use the Renfe which was cheap and faster. My advice is that if you wish to see the zoo and aquariam or have free time in Barcelona arrange your own trip via the Renfe, the tourist office/hotels will help you do this

Buses don’t accept card and there isn’t anywhere to withdraw cash either. Driver told us to go in to the train station to use the atm (which there wasn’t one) and the next bus would be in 10 minutes. No ATM in the station (camp de Tarragona) and the next bus wasn’t for an hour and a half. Blatantly couldn’t be bothered. This cost us over £50 to get in to tarragona town and arrange onward travel from there.

We approached one of the Bus Plans drivers today in Tarragona bus station and asked if the bus went to Cap Salou. He confirmed that it did, so we got on the bus and paid the fare. The bus went via Salou and then all the way to Cambrills, and then the bus driver rudely advised that the journey was finished. We questioned him why he had told us that the bus went to Cap Salou, but he rudely dismissed us. We complained at one of the Bus Plan offices and were told that “the driver might not have been an in happy worker”. Very poor customer service and, from speaking to others, we are not the only ones to be misled by these drivers regarding destinations. Beware.

We booked Valencia, Barcelona Zoo & Aquarium and two days at Portaventura.

The two days at Portaventura worked out 30€ cheaper via BusPlana than it would have on the PA website or at the gate.

The buses are air conditioned and the excursions were perfect. Remember to wear a mask.

The general service is excellent too, regular buses and friendly drivers.

My only gripe is the lack of excursions however it didn’t stop the 5* review. The Andorra excursion was a huge miss for us in Salou this year. As was the Valencia Bioparc.

We bought tickets to go from PortAventura to Barcelona, first of all there were 3 buses waiting outside the park, drivers didn’t want to even open doors for us to check if we are to go with them. Eventually one of them opened and said that this is not the place and we need to go to the hotel. We got there before time and no bus! We took a taxi to get to the city as we thought money is already lost and there is no communication. When we were in the taxi we saw bus on the way coming to the hotel. It was 20 minutes late!!!! As we were already in the taxi, we missed it and had to wait another 2,5 hours to catch a train from the nearest city! There is no way to get our money back so technically they stole 40 Euros from us…!!!!!
