Beautiful beach, kept very clean. Appeared to have a lot of sports activities for young people. Loads of areas to lie out on the beach. A number of beach bars to sit and chill. Area felt very safe at all times. The luminous water fountain is a must see. Fabulous display. Quiet a number of shops in the area but pretty much similar to each other.

Well situated, well supported and extremely clean area of Salou. Located just off the main strips with safe swimming, good area to play sports and taps to wash off the excess stand. Near to loads off eateries and some beach ones.

We love the beach in Salou. We visited every day as the hotel pool just didnt do it for us. The beach was clean and tidy. Wee kiosks every few yards and alot if water activities available for all ages. We did the crazy ring and boy it was fast and alot of fun. It was 15 euro person. There are pedalos, jet skis, banana biating and paragliding. Recommended

It seems that every second seaside town in Spain has a Levante beach. Here in Alicante, where we were before Salou, there was one too. There will be even more vacationers here. Maybe it seems because the width of the beach is small. The main infrastructure is available: shower, changing cabins, toilets. We didn't see any volleyball courts, at least in the part where we were... I returned to Salou after 15 years, I didn't see any special changes on the beach over the years.

Spacious, clean and safe beach with a promenade that would make children back in the UK do backflips for! From trampolines, water displays, umpteen slides and climbing frames (even for adults), this place has it all. Seating all the way along and beautiful sunshine on tap. What's not to like.

Llevant Beach was such a lovely beach in Salou. The water was really warm even in October! The sand was fine and clean and when we visited, it didn't have the 'tourist feel' we expected which was nice. Well kept and lovely views.

What a total rip off by a bunch of Spanish con men
45 euros each for me and my 17 year old son for 20 mins jet skiing
What these con men don't tell you is that they include the 6 to 7 mins each way on the dingy to and from the jet skis in the 20 mins
Avoid these rip off merchants and spend you holiday money else where
These people are nothing but con men.

We visited the beach one Saturday in early June and it was rammed! Probably one of the most busiest beaches I have been to in a while. The sea was lovely though and the beach was sandy but as a busy beach it was plagued with the associated problems; litter, smokers and plenty of boobies on show (which may not be a bad thing depending on how you look at them, I mean it........how you look at the situation!). It is obviously less busier in the areas away from the sea. All of the sun beds are privately owned and so therefore there is a charge if you use them. It was very popular with the Spanish population and not just tourists.

hi just want to let you know about the bannana boat near the harbour.my family paid the nine euros each for the ride. they soon took our money and we waited for twenty mins for the driver of the boat,so we asked when we would be going as we all sat on the bannana, when he turned up he gestured to us all with a shaking of the hand whilst pointing to us.I had my 14 year old my 10 year old and my partner and other girls.he set off like a madman throwing us all in the water.we all got back on when he sped off like a formula one car ,now going hell for leather he threw us all off again this time my partner was hurt and had to be put in the boat and my boy battered by all the other bodies hitting him.we all asked to go back but he ignored us three times.when he did turn around he caught all the girls legs in the tow rope.my partner had to be taken to a hospital in a ambulance and my son in shock.the driver of the boat would not come back to shore to talk looking back now when he walk to the boat he was swaying we should have got off.looking back in hindsight is easy .this ruined our hols dont let him ruin yours . remember bannana boat near the harbour.keepaway.

We have visited Salou at least once a year since 1995 and have seen the improvements made since then. Clean,Tidy and a genuinely lovely place to spend time soaking the rays.
