This is a lovely little beach sheltered between two rocky outcrops. Sea is warm and safe for swimming. Steep walk down but well worthwhile. Sunloungers, pedalos and a beach bar provide amenities.

Nice beach, we found there was plenty of space and available loungers (5 euros each for the day). Very steep walk and then further steps down to beach. Small beach bar, expensive but handy! the sea was nice and clear. However the bars, restaurants and surrounding area appear run down and very quiet! Some bars have no customers at night! A bit depressing and sad to see, the hills take a bit of getting used to however it is a lovely place!! The majority of bars and restaurants appear as though a fair amount of money requires to be spent to bring them up to date! Sadly the term “the place time forgot” springs to my mind. Also collapsed fences and graffiti on wall outside pharmacy. We stayed in Hotel Cala font, ended up getting the bus to other areas, such as Cambrils (lovely), La Paneda and Salou town every night rather than spend time in Cap salou.
