Salou holiday

Plenty of rides and shows for the whole family. Word of advice is to avoid the can can show as not free and not good as you have to order food and drink or you can't go in and it... read more

We were returning to Salou this year. I booked early and bought a 7 day, 2 park pass from 365 tickets for just over £65 pp. These were fantastic value . While these could be used day or night we opted not to go into the park in the heat of the day. The earliest we went in was about... More

Great day out, unlucky on 1st day as was busy but still quicker than queues at alton towers! 2nd day very little queues. Lots of different areas but we managed all in 1 busy day. Shows great and parade and display worth waiting for

Was good for the rides we got on but queuing was a bit of a pain. That said we could have bought the express pass but at 29 euro each and an extra 5euro for the 3 main attractions they were a little steep. Our 8 year old couldn't go in a lot of the rides as they were restricted... More

I last visited Portaventura 5 years ago and now there's even more rides than before. It is open until midnight or later in season so it's such good value for money. There are rides for all ages and thrill levels. The queues can get long, like any theme park but they sell an express wristband which means you have little... More

Kids are still a bit too young for the big rides and so we opted to go in the evening time when it's a bit quieter. Luck of the draw it was the extended white night and so for all 4 of us it was 80 euro from 6pm till 3am. Great value but after 12 some of the rides... More

Plenty of rides and shows for the whole family. Word of advice is to avoid the can can show as not free and not good as you have to order food and drink or you can't go in and it only lasts 25 minutes and most is a television game show with only 5 minutes of dancing. Watch people as... More

We bought a two day ticket from an online company which worked out as a great saving for us. The park is approx a 20 minute walk from the centre of Salou but there are buses and trains. There are rides for everyone here from Sesame Street world for young children up to Shambala for the adrenaline junkies. I would... More

Only given this 4/5 as we didn't get round the whole park. This is because we went on an evening ticket on advice from regular visitors. Got on the big coasters no bother and the light parade and fireworks were fantastic. Would go again but do two nights which, at half the price of the day tickets, is a great... More
