A brilliant place to sit and relax with a cocktail or ice cold beer. All the staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommend the Strawberry Daiquiri and my daughter loved the cocktail served in a "paint pot". The food was excellent and the views are spectacular. A must place to visit if you are in Salou. Oh yes and they have "Dave the Dog"

Enjoy a cocktail with a lovely view of the sunset and a chilled vibe. The waitress (didn't catch her name) can't do enough for you.

We were charged £20 for 3 microwaved ham & cheese sandwiches & 2 cans of coke, We pointed to a photo of 3 baguettes that cost £4 each and we received hot bread with hot ham and some sort of melted cheese that defiantly wasn't cheese. Took them back to point out that we pointed to the pic and she refused to either refund us or make what we wanted / paid for because the cheese was melted. Will never go back there. The guy seemed nice but the female spoke to us like shi*

We came here after eating at their sister restaurant ‘The Roadhouse’. Firstly the view is superb and the vibe is so so relaxed there. There is music but not overpowering and the cocktails are awesome. We ‘popped in’ and left about 4 hrs later. It was definitely made better by the fact that there was a Spanish festival on and everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) was on the beach front letting of fire works. So this added to our experience. Go check it out.

We visited after sunset when the place was quiet.
Nice location, although away from the other main streets.
It's situated on top of a residential block of flats, and the tables/chairs are away from the side that has the views of the sea, although you can hear it.
Would benefit from being adults only after a certain time, as trying to have some romantic drinks at 10pm and having kids running about killed the mood.

The main negative was prices, we had come here due to the fabulous reviews on Facebook and it didn't live up to expectations. €7,50 a pint and €9,50 for a basic cocktail was a lot, this out us off staying for anymore than one drink.

I understand this is a family run business and that it cannot compete with the prices of its neighbours on the sea front, however this is much more than other places for the same product. It might be worth the prices to enjoy the sunset, but if visiting after dark I feel the prices should reflect this.

Hi ‘Glasgowfraz’ We are truly sorry you didn’t enjoy your experience with us at Koko Beach Club. We are a family run business and we really do try hard to make every customers experience special with us. Reviews like this are very few and far between and hit us hard when they appear. Just to give answers to some of your comments. Salou is a big family resort as I’m sure you have seen and it would not be good business for us to limit our customer base by making it adult only. We generally are a bar for couples and groups but we also accept families as everyone deserves to have a Koko experience. Our prices are cheaper or the same than the bars on the beach front. A pint is NOT 7,50€ as suggested. It is 3,50€. Cocktails on the beach front are ALL premix where as our cocktails a made with fresh fruit, high brand spirits and served in 600ml glass. Our menu is on the Facebook page if you would like to check. All cocktails on the beachfront are 9,50 or above. We have a very special unique terrace which we pay a heavy premium to use from the council. Our prices do not reflect that and are on par or cheaper with the rest of the higher end bars in Salou. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Salou. Jonny Liddle

In the heart of Salou there is tranquility!! No touts to contend with, no harassment from neighbouring bars/ restaurants, a good atmosphere, good service, good calamari oh and a flooring cocktail or 2 with a sea view. #ForgetAllYourWorries

We visited Salou for 2 weeks in May-June 2015 and headed to Koko Beach Club for cocktails.

The drinks are truly fantastic here, all made with fresh ingredients and good quality alcohol. We had drinks in a load of other places in Salou and Cambrils and can say with confidence that the drinks at Koko are truly the best in the region. Their reputation is certainly justified!

The beach club has an excellent terrace with arguably the most beautiful views in Salou which are quite special throughout day but are particularly beautiful in late afternoon and sunset.

As a bonus, the owners are warm, friendly and genuinely nice people who take the time to interact with their patrons and share their experience. Koko Beach Club is a must visit in Salou and you will probably return again and again. Enjoy!
