I have found an apartment in the historic part of Old London, right on the river... near the Butler's Wharf with a view of the Tower Bridge. Is this a good area to stay in... safe? Easy to get around? Thanks :)

Private guide of Tipperary & Cahir Castle (2 Replies)
My husband & I will be arriving into Waterford by cruise ship on June 11, 2016 (8:00-5:00) and would like to go to Tipperary and Cahir Castle. My mother's family name is Butler and I would love to visit the Butler Castle. Can anyway recommend a guide? Maybe we could take a train there? We would appreciate any advise!
