I purchased a gift for my mum and mum in law which included a 30 minute massage, tea tasting and full access to the spa.
I received a whatsapp the evening prior to the massage day advising me that the tea tasting facility was no longer available at last minute due to a COVID breakout (however after researching I noticed this has been the case for months, therefore this should have NOT have been sold within the price and package). I was offered a free shower cap to swim with as a complementary swap (not really worth the cost but ok).
My two mothers arrived and were charged for the hat after explaining it was agreed to be free, after a dispute where then giving it free.
They went through to the changing room which was covered in mold, no working shower facilities and poor lockers.
They had a massage which they reported back as not being very great.
After the massage, covered in oil there were no showers for them to wash the oil off, and the spa water was thick of oil. So they were in a predicament of either leaving with oil on them, or getting in a dirty un hygienic pool full of oil to try wash it off.
I made the complaint direct to the whatsapp contact to be advised 'you shouldn't take photos' however avoiding the whole complaint. I further re complained to be ignored again. After several messages they said 'sorry' however refused to give a refund.
The spa service was booked as tea tasting, 30 minute massage and full use of the spa. The service received was NO tea tasting, 30 minute massage and a un hygienic dirty below standard spa use.
I have complained to Groupon pending a full refund as they received a 3rd of what was paid.

What a wonderful way to begin our special day. Super relaxing 😁. Never had a 4 hand massage before, nor a hot chocolate wrap ( being one not eating one) it was rather amazing, I highly recommend it! The circuit is great & skin stimulating too. The staff here are lovely and took super care of us They knew it was our anniversary and made us feel extra special with a glass of champagne 🍾🥂. Thank you for a wonderful morning. Ignore comments about hairdryers, they do have a good one that you can use. The lovely lady at reception brought it to me. We went here for our wedding anniversary ❤️ and we will be back here again soon

Awful experience. I bought a voucher for a manicure / pedicure with them. I had to write several times for 3 weeks only to be ignored and they messed me around so much. Never answered their messages, not professional at all, I would not recommend to anyone.

I was given a parking space number, but when i got there the space was full. I had to leave my car and go in waiting for a receptionist to come help me. She told me another number to park in which I did. When I returned to my car after I had a written notice on paper on the window screen saying not to park there. I also had written by their finger in the dust on my side window , do not park here private. Also it was wrote on the back window. So that was 3 times. I was annoyed and embarrassed with that showing on my car which they should not be touching anyway and i was told to park there by staff!
So I started 20 mins late messing about with getting a parking space.
The spa was run down and tiles were mouldy. It's tiny in there. The steam room had hardly no steam and was cold and dirty. The sauna was ok but the timer was ripped off the wall.
There was not enough room for everyone.
The changing room had no private area. There was no toilet roll to use.
The massarge bed when you put your face through the hole smelt really bad like it has never been cleaned and you had to lay there in your wet swim wear.
The massarge was only the neck and top of the back and slightly on the arms but it wasn't very firm.
The chocolate wrap was just some warm stuff plonked on the top part of your back and covered in cling film for 5 mins. I could not smell chocolate only the dirty bed. It was very pointless I thought it would be a body wrap.
The Mediterranean restaurant down the road where you went for the food wasnt great, left most of it. The setting on the balcony was nice and that was about it.
Would avoid this spa.

My friend and I visited the Spa yesterday for a manicure and pedicure. Wasnt sure what to expect as we bought voucher from groupon but have to say was pleasantly surprised. We were made to feel very welcome, the ladies (unfortunately can't remember their names) were very nice and done a very good job. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I called on Friday to book in for Sunday including massage and was told that this service was not available on Sunday and so I needed to purchase a new voucher. This I did and booked for today (Sunday). On arrival (once we finally managed to find it!) I was asked if I had a massage included??? The changing room is so small and only 2 showers without lights and bad flooring. The pool area is small and badly maintained - the steam room was broken and so was the special shower. The door to the sauna does not fit correctly so there is a draft and a lack of heat. The pool is small and has a limited circuit and we found that because of the large number of people permitted at one time makes it difficult to access the various zones. The water on the floors was swept back into the pool and not all of the water was cleared. The changing room floor was slippery and quite water logged and dirty.
Unfortunately I have a second voucher worth quite a lot of money that I will not be using as I will not be returning!!!

Bought a group for my husband and I
It included a boat trip and paella meal at their restaurant (Casablanca)
Boat didn't operate but they still took the money. Had to contact groupon to get money back. Very shady company.
Please please please just book directly when you arrive in Malaga.

This was a present to have a spa and romantic meal. we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. When we got there we had a job to find a space to park in the Spa allocated places were so tiny we couldn't get our car in.
When we got to the spa we rented a towel which was so tiny. The changing room so was so full i couldn't even find an empty locker it was like a cleaning cupboard it was so tiny. Everybody was queuing for the only toilet and shower. The actual circuit was impossible to use as the water in the pool was so cold so we just stayed in the jaqcuzzi and steam room. we had our very short massage which was so rough like they didn't care no nice massage oils used just a quick 15 minute rub down and really not relaxing at all. once back in the changing room after we had to experience the same fighting for space to get t your locker and trying to get dressed with everybody pushing eachother. We were then told our meal wasn't even on the complex but at a restaurant down the road in the pouring rain with we hair and feeling cold! we drove down there took one look at it and drove straight past it just looked like a roadside cafe not even a nice restaurant. i wouldn't recommend this to anybody. came back more stressed than relaxed.

I cannot recommend this to anyone. Told to go into the changing room and get into swim wear and then to head to the Spa circuit and wait for someone to explain it to us. Fifteen minutes later we asked if we could actually just use the pool and facilities as we were just hanging around waiting. We had a massage booked and a facial. We had to ask for our massage and were told to wait for 30 mins or so. We went to the desk to say that this was unacceptable and suddenly we were ushered to the massage room where we were given a facial massage and back massage. We then asked about our facial and got passed around to various people who pretended they didn't understand us. We left very disgruntled as we didn't get our facial. Would NOT recommend!

Disgusting state.
Unhygienic. The place is riddled with mold, facilities do not work, no water on site to drink, pool thick with oil and filth, no working showers
