- Margaux H2 contributionsVery good stay at the ESF for our 5 year old daughter. Team at the top, listening to children , very well organized! We thank them for this support, benevolence and functionality. Our child has made tremendous progress (flake) and we saw him on the slopes with us in the afternoon. Thanks to Brigitte and her team and to the director Christelle , who runs her ski school with great professionalism and passion. We recommend this ski school.Visited March 2025Traveled with familyWritten March 9, 2025
- Elena12 contributionsWe have been skiing with the ESF for years and each time we are delighted with our weeks and our progress. We tried the other stations (Tignes, Les Arcs) but there is a special atmosphere at the ESF des Menuires, the children have always had kind instructors. It is not uncommon for instructors to remember our children's first names the following year!Visited December 2024Traveled with familyWritten December 31, 2024
- Vincent L2 contributionsMany thanks to Christelle, it has been 3 years that our daughters take lessons, the organization and pedagogy is always at the top. Thanks to Didier, Nicolas for Florentine in Pooh and Franck for Liselotte in Flake. Thank you to the entire ESF team!Visited February 2025Traveled with familyWritten February 14, 2025
- Elodie44445 contributionsI recommend the ESF. I had a week of beginner adult classes from Sunday to Friday and I was with Laurent and it went very well. Thank you Laurent for teaching me how to ski. I hope to improve every year. Lots of patience from Laurent, kindness, benevolence, nothing wrong. I loved it this week. Feel free to take lessons with the ESF it was really great. Again thank you to Laurent especially.Visited February 2025Traveled soloWritten February 25, 2025
- Catherine H1 contributionA wonderful ski school. My son (never skied before) excelled through the week and achieved two levels. Very engaging towards to the kids too - best esf ski school we’ve attended in the alps. Also like to praise how secure it was - had to have a special card to be able to take your child out.Visited December 2024Traveled with familyWritten January 3, 2025
- Aude L1 contributionMy 4-year-old daughter went to ESF at the club pioupiou for two weeks. The first week she had Gaetan and Marcel who are great instructors with the little ones. It was difficult to put it on, they reassured her. The second week, Pooh level, Brigitte gave me great advice. We left on Friday morning, she still got her medal. Chritelle, the instructor who covers the whole team is a very beautiful person, always smiling and caring with the children. I asked for some advice for my second daughter with a disability who can go to the club when she's able to walk. Feel free to inquire, even for his children, there may be possibilities. Thank you again for your wonderful holiday. Have a good day.Visited January 2025Traveled with familyWritten January 17, 2025
- Shirley F1 contributionThe Piou Piou club is made up of a top team that welcomes children with benevolence by giving them confidence in themselves in a dedicated space really well equipped. We arrived in St Martin, Sunday the 11th and had been enrolled on the adult beginners ski school. Being a total
Beginner and never even put a ski on this was somewhat daunting. But from
The very first time I met Chloe and the group I was at ease. I was 1 day behind the others in the group due to our family only arriving on the Sunday, Chloe advised an individual lesson the following day to catch up
To the others in the group, which was a really great piece of advice. I can’t believe how far the whole group came in 5 days. I went from a non skier on day 1 to being able to ski down a blue slope with my younger daughter on day 6, just the 2 of us, and this was all down to Chloe from EFS and her patient and excellent teaching. The whole week was amazing and we have caught the skiing bug.
Thank you to everyone at EFS and especially Chloe, see you all next season.

I've been taking lessons for years with the ESF in snowboarding and everything was going well until this year. There were 16 of us in the same group on the first day, then 12 on the second and third day this year. In this group there were 5 children aged 10 and 12 who did what he wanted without listening to anyone. You can't have really informative advice in such a mess. Everyone was foolishly following the teacher without any safety rules with teenagers. Those who did not follow, had hardly time to land that we had to leave already. After 3 days I let go with other customers and we preferred to ski on our own. The ESF is over for me, they disgusted me. not to confuse profitability with quality of service. Your image will eventually tarnish and you will have no more customers.

Just back from an amazing 1st ski trip. Would like to say a huge thank you to ESF Les Menuires ski school and especially our amazing instructor Armelle who took 2 complete novices, and after 6 lessons had us skiiing down blue runs with confidence!! We booked a package of ski lessons for 6 days from 24th Jan having never skied before - not even indoor skiing!
We received excellent, patient and safe and instruction from Jordan throughout the week. He ensured all of the group was moving at the right pace and was reassuring where people were more nervous than others (me included!).
The final day we also had Odile take us out for the final lesson and again, received excellent tuition.
Both were incredibly patient, knowledgable and most of all, we had fun and have fallen in love with skiing.
Thanks so much and have an excellent rest of the season.

A big thank you to Christelle and her entire team of ESF instructors from Les Ménuires/Croisette for their know-how and their knowledge of being with children and toddlers. Thanks to them, our 3 1/2 year old son had a wonderful week of vacation, caught the skiing bug and can't wait to come back! The beginnings were a little, even very complicated, but little by little, the ESF team, through its kindness and experience, was able to gain his trust and made him want to come and come back. Thanks in particular to Christelle, Clémence, Noémie and Alexis who did a remarkable job. One thing is certain, we will come back next year!

The organization was good as expected but the lunchtime supervision was average and the food was awful, we took the kids out after day 2 with no questions from the school. Morning lessons were good but afternoon they did not seem to get taught anything and the kids ended up skiing with us. We wanted the kids to have fun and learn. There was no awards event just a badge and the judging was very strict. .

It concerns the Kid's Club Piou Piou La Croisette (not ski lessons, but the "daycare").
One of the employees should think about a career change, allowing himself "inappropriate" remarks when we come to pick up our child, even hoping through his words that we will no longer bring our child there for the remaining 3 days of the week.
Obviously this person does not consider that the adaptation of a little boy of 2 1/2 years can take several days in an environment he does not know at all.
I imagine this person blew much less when the week's transfer for registration fell.
If a child s adaptation is not fast enough to his taste, a questioning of his teaching methods with young children would not be luxury....
For the rest, everything is fine 👍

We would like to thank the entire ESF team at the piou piou club led by Christelle, a superb professional who is caring towards children, families and her team. My son loved going to classes. I left it to the instructors every day with a calm mind. Beautiful team. Thanks again. 🙏

The ESF provides always great classes serving all different levels. The teacher checks the level of its participants before exploring the resort and adapts his classes or send the skiers one level up or down. Your level/skills will improve day by day and the lessons are adapted to the actual snow and weather conditions.
I can recommend the ESF classes to all age and skill levels - it has been a great experience for me and my family since years.

Whilst having my daily ski on a slope that I do regularly (as I live in the resort) and therefore have a very capable grasp of, an ESF Les Menuires snowboarding instructor was taking his class over the slope. As I see these classes every day, I know that they should usually keep to one part of the piste but to be cautious of them anyway. As I was(calmly and rather slowly) going around the outside of the class, the instructor then continued (after seeing me come down the slope) to go straight towards the edge of the piste after having seemingly kept to the middle, knowing full well that I would have no other option than to crash into him (or I would have gone off of the slope). After being able to recover from said collision, I decided to continue with my ski and attempt to forget that this happened as I assumed he was just more focused on his class, he then intentionally snowboarded sharply and directly in front of me with his hands no further than a few inches from my face, shocking me and forcing me to fall backwards. He then shouted in my face telling me that he could use the entire slope if he wanted to and that it didn't matter if I went off the slope. He got his class to sit around and watch as he continued to, very aggressively, tell me how he was in no way at fault, teaching his students to be inconsiderate of other people on the piste and that it is then okay to be rude and intimidating towards them. Onlookers came to my aid after seeing what had happened and told him exactly what I was trying to get across but he was stubborn and refused to accept any responsibility. His behaviour that caused the incident would have been forgiven if it hadn't been for his total lack of respect and consideration that was made evident afterwards. I had heard many bad reviews of ESF before this which made me very wary of them in general but after this, I can say with all certainty that I would never have a lesson from them (even for free) or would recommend being subject to such reckless instruction.

Hi,
Following your opinion which shows a very surprising and unethical behavior of our school, can you contact the office of the ESF asking to meet the director quickly please ?
