Had a good half day out from Meribel to this attractive village and you don't need to ski to get there. We took a gondola and a couple of chair lifts and it was a good way to take in the alpine views on the way.

Just a really nice place to stay. Retains its alpine charm and not one of the concrete jungles of some other places in the Trois vallee. Now had good lift access up to the rest of the resorts in the area.

Cozy and small village in the 3 vallés area. Less crowed and cheaper than Meribel or Courchevel. Slightly steepy village.

I've been visiting St. Martin for nearly 30 years and it's certainly changed in that time, however it still retains it's old charm despite massive expansion. The bars and restaurants are always welcoming and the shops are very adequate. St. Martin is really an access resort to the rest of the Three Valleys and Meribel, Mottaret and Les Menuires are two efficient lifts away. There's a few pleasant runs into the St. Martin 2 chairlift area and a dreamy blue back into the resort. A great alternative to the hustle and bustle of the larger resort bases.

Great resort, and well located to explore Meribel, Val torens and if you've got the legs and speed Courchevel. We did a different valley/area each day which worked well. If you're looking for tree lined routes head to Meibel and Courchevel lower slopes. There are spectacular views from every mountain. We will be going back!

Our 4th visit to St. Martin de Belleville and we love it here. A quiet resort with good restaurants.

St Martin is a lovely little resort to ski down to in the Three Valleys. Much more affordable to stay in yet easy access to the wider ski area and connected with good lifts.

Like others, we visited Saint Martin in both snow and sun and fell in love with its authenticity and charm. Reputed to be one of the last 'real' Savoyard villages, it is picture perfect. We liked it so much we have invested in a small chalet - part of the chic new Caseblanche quartier situated just above the main lift with ski in ski out access and a new bistro run by the Meilleurs from 3 star Michelin establishment La Bouitte just up the road... Disclosure: the Caseblanche chalets (including ours) are available to rent but this review is genuinely my opinion and not posted for commercial reasons...
