Very knowledgeable and experienced instructors, feel I made good progress in a week of lessons. Also very flexible and easy to move groups if the pace is too fast/slow or too easy/hard for you. They couldn't guarantee English-speaking instruction when I booked but as it happened my instructor spoke excellent English.

We had a one day private lesson for our family with Gill and he as very patient and good. The ease of booking via email and prepayment and meeting at the main square right outside the hotel.

Having sampled esf schools in a number of different ski resorts we have now got a keen eye for what makes a good setting. Belle plagne "haut" (there are 2 locations depending on your accommodation) for full day classes at gold star level with Christophe. Instructor was enthusiastic, greeted each child by name on the first morning and made a... More

Staying over half term we knew there was little chance of lessons as we had not pre-booked,but they were able to offer private lessons whenever we wanted, with excellent fluent english speaking instructors. A pleasant change from previous experience.

Having never been on a skiing holiday and holidaying with children and grandchildren, it was clear that we needed to have lessons. Our beginners group had a wide range of skill levels, which initially scared us. ESF trainers are clearly used to filtration and supported us in our development without pushing us to breaking point. Karin clearly knows how to... More

First time skiing for my 5 year old son and within 2 group lessons of 2-3 hours in 2 days, he managed to ski down some small slopes with us after that. Nice caring instructors who really assist kids well.

I don't really enjoy writing bad reviews, but this needs it. There were 10 of us in the class with 2 instructors. Ages ranged from 9 to 29 which made it incredibly tricky as we learned & needed to learn so differently. One in our group was really struggling so ended up getting one to one lessons with one of...
