Our boys loved the rock climb & rope swing. I loved the outdoor Jacuzzi! Fun pool overall. Changing rooms clean with nice big cubicles and plenty of lockers. Only thing that could be improved are the showers - more of them and better water flow/pressure....More

This really helped to fill a couple of hours on a rainy day. Boys loved the climbing wall thing. Men can wear trunks. No cafe inside. Gets very busy on a rainy day recommend coming at lunchtime when others are leaving.

A small water park in family friendly Aquariaz. A good place to go it you have young kids, but if you have teenagers then the place is a little too tame. If you are hoping for a spa experience, don't come here as the Jacuzzi...More

Tried to visit early to mid March. The building is surrounded by high temporary fencing with warning signs. There are large “closed” notices on the windows by the entrance. We asked our apartment reception desk when it was due to open and they explained it...More

We stayed in Avoriaz 1800 in Feb 2018. My children looked forward to going to the pool and it has to be said they thoroughly enjoyed, especially the pool side rock climbing and rope swing. There is also a very lazy river which doesn't have...More

The kids loved this pool, especially the rock wall and the slides. Only open in the afternoon, gets busy after 1600 so the best time is 1400-1600.

We were freezing when we arrived but even colder when we left. Water is so cold! And so are the changing rooms. It’s a very small pool for the price charged and very busy.

A car might be worth it if you are more than 2 travelling, but I guess it would be a very long drive from Denmark! Otherwise, if staying in the village of Avoriaz (which is where the Aquariaz is) you can fly to Geneva... More

La Falaise or Crozats area? (0 Replies)
I'm planning to go to Avoriaz with husband and my 2 1/2 year old son for a ski season. We are planning to leave our son in the Ptit Loup Garderie while we both ski and to use the Aquariaz after ski. With this in mind, we´d like some help in order to choose the right place to stay. We liked the new Pierre et Vacance residence L'Amara, in the La Falaise area, but we don't know how far it is from the garderie, Aquariaz and town centre. Is this place convenient for us, or should we choose...More
