Unique in Europe: The 7th Continent is an aquarium with top open tanks where the natural sunlight reflected by the colored schools of fish, constantly reveals to you a special underwater show. In this place, rare species recover the same behaviour they used to have in their natural environment.Dive into the depths of the silent world faithfully recreated.

It rained one day on our holiday, sadly everyone had the same idea and visited the aquarium. That said we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were polite, the prices not extortionate and the exhibits of a good quality. We tend to visit aquariums and although not on par with last years visit to Biarritz it had some species we... We found it expensive and were back in the car park in about half an hour. Some of the specimens were ok, just not enough of them to justify the price.

Son loves aquariums so it was obvious choice. Bit expensive but kids enjoyed it. Major downfall is names and descriptions of fish way too high on screens for kids to read. Should be lowered down. Otherwise good 1-2 hours on rainy day.

Visited the aquarium on a rainy day, this has to be one of the best aquariums we have visited. It took approx 2 hrs to complete but we could have spent longer. There was a tactile tank which the children loved and the highlight the flashlight fish, everybody was amazed with these. The tanks were named with information in both... More

Fantastic aquarium with tanks normally reserved for a large city setting. Informative and visually striking it is definitely worth a visit. Two hours very well spent. Ideal for children.

This aquarium was a nice surprise just down the road from where we were staying. It took a couple of hours to get round all the exhibits, but that would probably been a bit shorter had the entire population of France not decided to go at the same time as us. That said, once we got out of the first... More

Surprisingly very good, the children (12yrs, 8yrs & 6 yrs) really enjoyed the 2 hrs plus we spent in the acquarium. We went on a rainy day so had to queue & was very busy in the first section but the crowds soon thinned out which made it a much more pleasant experience. If you don't want to drive to... More

We had a nice visit at this Aquarium which is larger inside than it looks from the outside. Here you will be able to see both tropical fish, but also fish which would swim around the coastal regions of France. We came in a period where there weren’t many visitors, so we could walk around and watching each aquarium in... More

Average aquarium that would have been better on a sunny day. As it was, everyone had the same idea to go because it was raining and the whole place was a massive scrum, with kids barging around to get any view of the mostly very small tanks. Would have probably been OK on a normal day when the car park... More
